I have been to this particular restaurant several times this year. The food has always been very good. The staff is good as well. The menu is expansive and expensive. The restaurant decor is very nice. Parking is $18 valet or per hour rate in the garage.

I've been wanting to go to this restaurant for the longest time based on its amazing reviews. Needless to say that the reviews were on point. We were there celebrating a friends birthday and the attention to detail, service, food and ambiance exceeded my expectations. This is what a true dining experience should be like. Especially in Miami where it is so difficult to come by. Our server was Samantha and she was amazing. Management came by to make sure all was well with our party. All I can say is keep on doing what you're doing. Can't wait to return.

We arrived at our reservation time of 8:15pm and were asked to wait at the bar since table was not ready. Estimated wait time given was “10, 15 or 20 minutes”.... After 20 minutes standing (no room at the bar) I checked again and was advice they were “cleanning the table”. 10 min after, so after having been there standing for half an hour, we were told they could sit us outside or wait another estimated 20 min for a table in doors, as we had reserved. The heat, humidity and the wait time ruined the experience completely. Been coming to this restaurant since they only had downtown location.... Unsure if I would go back.

Once we came in, they got us to our table right away. Our server super kind and always coming around to see if we needed anything. The food was served in really good portions and to the price and place we were surprised about that. Our food arrived quickly and the meat was sooo good.

Everything great, but it did take too long I must say. I don't mind a 2 hour dinner, but a 2 hour work lunch, without drinks, seems excessive. I don't plan to return for meals working hours if the time doesn't improve.

I made a reservation to celebrate a special occasion, but they completely forgot or did nothing to congratulate you. Overall, the food is very tasty, and the decoration is very nice.

Atmosphere and service were top notch, however, the sushi wasn't spectacular at all. softness and freshness were lacking. We found too many items, sauces, etc to have MSG which is highly addictive and allergic for many people. They did accommodate us, but the fact that it is in almost every dish makes it difficult to order. Just food for thought.....

Best Peruvian and Peruvian-fusion food in town in a very attractive restaurant. The whole snapper is fried-breaded getting soggy quickly, unfortunately. It should not be breaded. It should be like it is cooked in Kenya or in other Latin American restaurant's. The music noise is borderline. A bit higher could be a problem for conversation.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at CVI.CHE 105 in Coral Gables with family and friends visiting from out of town, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Located at The Plaza in Coral Gables, the restaurant offers a warm and vibrant atmosphere that sets the tone for a memorable evening. The ambiance and decoration of the restaurant are impressive and meticulously ensembled, creating an inviting space that beautifully complements the exquisite cuisine. Our server, Moises, was truly outstanding. His knowledge of the menu, paired with his genuine passion for Peruvian cuisine, made our dining experience incredibly enjoyable. Moises took the time to explain each dish, offering personalized recommendations that perfectly suited our tastes. His attention to detail and commitment to providing top-notch service were evident throughout the meal. We shared several dishes, including the Tetra de Ceviches, El Arroz Con Pollo De Mis Recuerdos, and Pescado A Lo Macho. Each dish was bursting with flavor, expertly prepared, and beautifully presented. The ceviches were fresh and tangy, the arroz con pollo was a comforting and nostalgic delight, and the Pescado A Lo Macho was a true standout with its rich and savory sauce. Moises' exceptional service truly elevated our dining experience. He made us and our out-of-town guests feel like valued guests, and his friendly demeanor and attentiveness did not go unnoticed. We left CVI.CHE 105 with full hearts and happy taste buds, already planning our next visit. Paid parking street parking is available, as well as the parking lot The Plaza.

We went to celebrate a birthday. The birthday boy received his order wrong and was sent to the kitchen to received the order after we finished eating. We were a party of 10 and he was the only one left at the table eating...

This had to be the worst dining experience I've ever had. Waiter was in knowledgeable regarding the menu and did not put in one of the entree orders. Upon paying the check he returned the bill and stated "the tip is not included" insinuating that he was going to be stiffed on his tip. Never returning and it's a shame because it's a beautiful location

This is by far my favorite concept and location for Cvi.Che 105! I've usually attended for personal engagements and this time was here for a business lunch - the service was great as always and the ambiance wasn't too loud.
