An amazing way to showcase top Peruvian chefs. The Nigiri by Chef Roger Arakaki was spectacular, the perfect blend!
I went for my girlfriends birthday and it took 2+ hours just for sushi. Mind you I saw it come out and our waiter was just talking to the other people, i've been here before and it wasn't like this so I don't know what happened just disappointed in the service and how my party was treated wouldn't recommend this location to anyone
The food and service were excellent. The ambience was modern Latin seafood We enjoyed the food as the flavors were exceptional.
My family of six my mom, dad, son, daughter, wife, and myself, visited CVI.CHE 105 in Coral Gables to celebrate my wife's birthday. This was our first time at this location, although I had previously visited their downtown spot for work. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the spectacular décor and lively atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The complimentary starter dish, a mix of fried yuca, plantain chips, and corn seeds, was a delicious way to begin our meal. Even though we don't drink alcohol, we enjoyed their flavored lemonades; I had the coconut lemonade, while the rest of my family had strawberry, and both were fantastic. We ordered three appetizers, all of which were flavorful and well-prepared. Our main dishes were also excellent , beautifully presented and full of flavor. Overall, we had a wonderful dining experience. The food was amazing, the ambience vibrant, and the service exceptional. Prices were fair, especially compared to another Peruvian restaurant I've been to where dishes were 30–50% more expensive. If you've never been to CVI.CHE 105, I highly recommend visiting , you won't be disappointed
Great for a group dinner. Ceviches were incredible, everyone seemed to enjoy their entrees and desserts. For lunch it was moderately quiet in there so we could still hear across the table which was great for a big group (~10)
I love going there. The ambiance it's supper nice, I love the music and the food and service are espectacular.
Excellent service - our server, Emily was great! She was knowledgeable about the menu, super friendly, and gave great recommendations! The food was very good and the vibes/decor are stunning! Would definitely go back!
Esta ocasión me pareció regular. Ya que el risotto estuvo muy pastoso demasiado firme. El ajo de gallina estupendo
Consistently great food and service. Best Peruvian food if you cannot be in Lima. And Ethel, our server, always gives us the best attention and service!
Excellent experience. Loved the ambiance. Great decor. Food was FANTASTIC. Shoutout to our server Emily. She provided us very attentive service, made perfect recommendations and was extremely pleasant. Also, the manager (maybe) Santiago checked in on us to make sure we were having an excellent experience. We ordered the pulpo entero....Highly suggest this if you like pulpo. Worth the price tag. The sushi was extremely fresh and the ceviche just perfect. We also tried crispy rice dish and several different cocktails. We will be returning as well as suggesting to others to dine at CVI.Che 105 in Coral Gables. **If you can avoid parking garage try to get street parking. Garage is awkward to say the least and confusing.
Restaurantji Recommends
Their service department could use additional training. Things took long, I had to follow-up on a few different orders and sauces. The waitress was nice, but I think she lacked support from the food runners and bus boys.
Had another great experience at CVI.CHE 105 staff was outstanding, management as always top notch! Had an issue with flavor of one of our dishes and they made it right.
Excellent restaurant food A + ! Everything was delicious the presentation of plates and service so professional is the best restaurant I've been . Peruvian food is the best so tasty . I'll be back soon ! !
First time visit and this was a memorable experience. First, the place is gorgeous. It is modern, with a flare of mystery. Just by the looks I knew we were in for a treat. The service was one of the best I have ever had. Danielle was our server and she elevated the already amazing experience. We threw so many questions at her and she handled everything with confidence and care. Her recommendations were on point and she knew all the details how the food is prepared. She really wowed us and I can already tell you we are coming back. and you gonna bet your behind we are going to request for Danielle if she is working. The level of attentiveness, knowledge, kindness, and just overall great human vibes is something I haven't seen in a very long time. The food was the star of the show! We ordered so many things but these are the must order items: Pulpo Entero that was incredible and big to share amongst 8 people. The gyozas were very well executed. We also had various ceviches. The Ganador and el del barrio were phenomenal. For entrees, lomo saltado tradicional, risotto lomo saltado, and the Pargo entero were so good. By the way, the portions are HUGE, so between one appetizer and an entree, you are good for 2 people and possibly it able to finish it all. We also had the trilogy mousse dessert. Well worth it if going with a larger group. All in all, the food was incredible but the service is what really made this experience one for the books. I would give it more stars if possible
Always an amazing time with family and friends! Everything was amazing. The food, service and ambiance 100% amazing. Will be back.
