Excellent customer service!!! Flor, excelente host, lo que hace la diferencia en guiarnos a una gran experiencia gastronómica. Recomiendo para celebraciones, aniversarios y comidas de negocios.

⭐☆☆☆☆ This is honestly one of my favorite places, which makes writing this review even more disappointing. The food here is always amazing. Truly. It's consistently some of the best in town. Service is usually fine — not extraordinary, but perfectly acceptable. We keep coming back because the food is that good. But tonight was a complete failure in terms of experience. We had a 9:00 PM reservation. The restaurant called and/or texted to confirm it no less than 10 times. So clearly reservations matter to them — or at least they're supposed to. We arrived on time... and then waited over an hour and a half for our table. Along with what felt like hundreds of other people packed into the entry and outside area. No real communication, no clear timeline, just a massive crowd of frustrated guests who all had “confirmed reservations.” That's simply not how reservations are supposed to work. If you're going to overbook, don't pretend reservations guarantee anything. And definitely don't aggressively confirm them multiple times only to ignore the actual time. I love this place and want it to succeed, but tonight was incredibly disappointing. A reservation should mean a table at (or very close to) your reserved time.

We had a resertvation for 8:15pm, apparently they overbooked so much that there were another 150 or more people, also with a reservation, making a line to enter. We ended upo being seated at 9:30pm

It was the best sushi roll I've ever had! The ceviche was also amazing!! Other than being a bit loud, it was outstanding!!!

Loud and lighting is a bit bright for my taste. The food is flavorful and nicely plated. The service is okay not great, she was annoyed we took long to leave. Overall good but not great. There's better Peruvian in the city.

Waiting to long for cocktails to be served and same for the waiter the poor person had too many tables attending the guest

We did not like the stringy fish served in the ceviche and causa and complained. we received a better quality replacement. This is the 2 time that I had a problem with the quality of the fish that's why I mentioned it this time.

Food was excellent. Decor is elegant, modern, interesting. The only thing I did not like was the music volume. Way too loud, hard to carry out a conversation with friends across the table.

An amazing way to showcase top Peruvian chefs. The Nigiri by Chef Roger Arakaki was spectacular, the perfect blend!

I went for my girlfriends birthday and it took 2+ hours just for sushi. Mind you I saw it come out and our waiter was just talking to the other people, i've been here before and it wasn't like this so I don't know what happened just disappointed in the service and how my party was treated wouldn't recommend this location to anyone

My family of six my mom, dad, son, daughter, wife, and myself, visited CVI.CHE 105 in Coral Gables to celebrate my wife's birthday. This was our first time at this location, although I had previously visited their downtown spot for work. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the spectacular décor and lively atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The complimentary starter dish, a mix of fried yuca, plantain chips, and corn seeds, was a delicious way to begin our meal. Even though we don't drink alcohol, we enjoyed their flavored lemonades; I had the coconut lemonade, while the rest of my family had strawberry, and both were fantastic. We ordered three appetizers, all of which were flavorful and well-prepared. Our main dishes were also excellent , beautifully presented and full of flavor. Overall, we had a wonderful dining experience. The food was amazing, the ambience vibrant, and the service exceptional. Prices were fair, especially compared to another Peruvian restaurant I've been to where dishes were 30–50% more expensive. If you've never been to CVI.CHE 105, I highly recommend visiting , you won't be disappointed

Great for a group dinner. Ceviches were incredible, everyone seemed to enjoy their entrees and desserts. For lunch it was moderately quiet in there so we could still hear across the table which was great for a big group (~10)
