1 star is too much! There were only 2 customers and it took them more than 20 minutes to get me my meds. The guy there was just walking around, he didnt find anything. TERRIBLE! Worst pharmacy ever!! ?

I was satisfied with the service provided by Esther on that day. Promptness and willingness to help is always at the top of a customer's list specifically in the medical field.
If I could give this place no stars I would!! This has been thee worst experience dealing with this pharmacy. They have no heart and no compassion for their costumers. Not even the pharmacist! Out of 5 ppl that were behind the counter 1 person was amazing her name is Henylen (I hope I got the name right) I went in there tonight to pick up my sons antibiotics and I was told the medication was on back order to contact the ER that I went to. That was no issue I contacted the ER and Dr Giraldo was kind enough to talk to me and help me out. Unfortunately the staff was of no help at all matter of fact when Dr. Giraldo asked to speak to someone to find out what medication they had a very unprofessional and rude young lady with long black hair responded with "we are not 24 hours" flabbergasted I told the Dr that was not possible. This out of medication is not the first time I have heard this, I honestly do not know what is going on but what I do know is that my 3 year old son who is non verbal needs antibiotics and no one there can help me! I too work in the medical field and whether it was 9am or 9pm I would never treat a patient in an unprofessional manner. They did not care because they were closed for 30 seconds and as the young lady said "We are not 24 hours". In my opinion if you count every minute of the day til closing time then you should find another job! In this field you need to be kind hearted and have compassion for every person that stands on that line! I will not be returning to this pharmacy I rather drive miles to the next pharmacy.

CVS Pharmacy has 2 employees that have always made my visits welcomed and enjoyable, Ms. Catalina and Ms. Yosleidy. Thank you both for your unprompted kind attention. Employees like these keep me going back.

The pharmacy needs to learn how do phone calls. I call and the lady asks "hi how can I help you?" Then as I start talking, she puts me on hold without saying anything. She picks up the phone again 5 minutes later and then once she answered one of my questions, I say "thank you!!" and she quickly hangs up while I was saying thank you. Just because I said "thank you" does not mean I was done talking or asking questions
