There is NO way you don't fall in love with these paellas! Brian is really attentive to the needs we had and delivered the product on time and super hot. If you are looking for the best paella in Miami, don't look further, bc you've found it.My guests were really satisfied with the taste, quantity and quality of the food. D'Paella Gourmet is a local treasure for sure. We are so ordering from them during the holidays and upcoming birthdays!This is a 10/5 stars for sure! :)

I called to make a reservation for my sons graduation party and spoke with Brian who at first was very helpful but then just ghosted me via text when I sent him the specifics of what I wanted. He did not answer any of my questions regarding the ingredients to some of the appetizers I wanted. They are obviously unreliable and their service is bad. Better to stay away and move on to some other options.

The reason I only gave them one star is because they were supposed to arrive at 6pm and have the food ready for 7:30 for a very important business function of 50 people. They arrived at 8 and food was not served until 9:15. They completely ruined our evening, most of the guests left. It was an embarrassment and a disaster. The excuse for being late was because they had forgotten their pan. Avoid this company if you want reliability. Food was mediocre, nothing to write home about and guy was rude when confronted about being late.

Arrived 2 hours late and completely ruined our evening. Had arranged paella for 50 people to be served at 7:30..... chef arrived at 8 and food wasn't served until 9:15. Most of our guests left and only 15 people stayed since it got so late and was a Wednesday evening. Then the owner of the company wanted to charge us full price.Their excuse was they had forgotten their pan and had to go back to Miami to get it. Will never hire these people or recommend to our worst enemy. If I could have given no stars I would have.

I ordered this catering service for my cousin’s baby shower just this past Saturday 4/10/21. They were 2 hours late and didn’t even call to let us know. When I called to see where they were, they didn’t answer. Sure enough 2 hours later a kid in his very early 20s shows up. He was completely unprepared. We had to provide him with cutlery and vegetable oil. Half way through cooking the food, he disappeared and didn’t tell anyone where he left to. He was gone for about 20 minutes, leaving the food to overcook. When he came back, the food was served and tasted HORRIBLE. I was so disappointed in every aspect of this catering service. I was left feeling embarrassed in front of all the 30 guests attending the party. Will never be using again.

A friend recommended D’Paella for a party I was having. Let me tell you...the food was delicious!! We had the seafood and campesino paellas. We also had appetizers such as empanadas, ceviche, coconut shrimp and meatballs. EVERYTHING was delicious!! The chefs came on time, were very nice and helpful. I have to mention the price....very reasonable!! Seychell was very helpful and as nice as she could be! As a matter of fact we are having another party and having D’Paella again!!
