I made a reservation on Thursday night for a party of 2 for dinner and show; I was told I will receive a call the next day for my credit card info. When I got to the restaurant I was told that my table was cancel l, because they call me and I did not answer the call, and they had several clients in the waiting list for a table, when I checked my phone I had a miss call at 3:30 pm from the Dasilva, with no voicemail etc. I try to explain to the hostess that I was working at that time ( and that is why I did not answer the call, and I was only called one time. She was very rude and told me that they had client waiting for the tabel and since I failed to answer her call I lost my table. Terrible customer service. If they would had ask me when I called for the reservation to give my credit card to hold the table I would gladly would had given the opportunity to information.

The atmosphere was great. Mariale was our server and she was great, knowledgeable, and attentive. We'll be coming back every time we're in town!

Today we had a family lunch outside and I decided to go to this Rest. as we had a good experience months ago. Unfortunately the experience was not good. The Angus beef I ordered ( Medium rare) was almost well done and flavorless. Paid $36 for this one. The dessert (Flan) had an excess of eggs flavor. We left with a bad feeling this time. The Restaurant was packed and service is quite good and I still left a tip as usual. Don’t think I will return having so many options out there- probably a bad day Me reuni con mi familia en este Rest. Y desafortunadamente la experiencia no fue buena, pedi un churrasco Angus 18 Oz ($36) termino medio y me sirvieron uno casi bien hecho. Como es posible en un lugar como este cuya especialidad es la carne. El postre -Un flan tenia un sabor exagerado a huevos.. realmente el lugar estaba lleno y tienen buen servicio pero no creo que repitamos habiendo tantas opciones

Fabulous food , the best we have had in Orlando,the meats were cooked to perfection and the dessert , delicious.The staff were very helpful, and couldn’t do enough to make our evening enjoyable. You should give this place a try , we shall be back before we return home ??

We had been to this place multiples times to celebrate Birthdays, Anniversaries, farewell dinners and each and every time we had been very happy with the food and the service. A place that we’ll always go back to I strongly recommend it for any occasion. Our favorite entree is ‘punta trasera’ and our favorite dessert is ‘flan’.

In town for work and came in with a large group of co-workers. Our waitress (I think her name was Lorena, rubita con tatuajes, creo que venezolana) was great. She was a little nervous because 99% of my party didn't speak Spanish, but she did great! I got the Parrilla Popular with arepa and quite possibly the best Caesar salad I've ever had. My parrilla came with sausage, pork chop, and steak. It was all very good, moist, and tasty. I'm glad I left the steak for last because it was the highlight of my plate. Great place if you want to order different dishes and share.
