Amazing service, Alexis was really friendly and really good at her jobs. One of the best experiences with boba. 20 out of10

Went here last night just before closing in a spur of moment decision. The most unique boba tea I've ever had. Very different recipe and very good. I'd like to try the other options next time. The staff were super nice with us.

My first time here and it’s a nice place , neat clean and really cool , they have some game to play and enjoy with family or friend . I had the strawberry roasted and was really good .

Absolutely the best bubble tea we have ever had. Highly recommend the roasted taro and limited edition pumpkin spice for fall. Beautiful and clean establishment. Clarita and Naomi were sweethearts and made us feel very welcome. Thank you ladies!

Normally I enjoy their boba, but today their matcha latte tasted awful and the oolong tea cheese foam tea was undrinkable, had to toss out. On top of that customer service was bad!

The atmosphere of the place feels just like home, the treatment and knowledge of the baristas 10/10.

Great service and felt very inviting. I ordered the roasted brown sugar boba, however, I found that it has a very chemical-like after taste. I’m not sure if that is user error? As in I didn’t shake it enough before I tried it but even as I kept tasting it I figured it must’ve been my fault so I kept stirring and shaking it but to no avail. Would like to know if that’s just the taste? Or if it’s something else. But besides that I enjoyed everything else and find the bear design very adorable!!

Cute place and decent boba, but staff have no personality and didn't really know their product. I ask for dairy free and then they put cheese foam on it. come on guys...

the place is really cute, but unfortunately i didn’t like my drink. there is confusion within the staff of non dairy vs lactose free milk. non dairy means it does not come from a cow. there is no such thing as non dairy lactose free. could be confusing for those who don’t drink dairy or have a dairy allergy.

I frequent this shop a lot in SoCal and was so excited to learn that they finally opened a branch in Miami! Overall drinks are good but service can be slow and sometimes they skimp on toppings.
