“I’ve been coming to this Dairy Queen since before I was even born. My mom craved Blizzards so badly while pregnant that I’m pretty sure my first kick was just me reaching for a spoon. She knew labor would be as challenging as the Michelin Man’s mother trying to squeeze out her son, but she powered through, and that’s basically how I got my name.
Ice cream has been my ride-or-die meal companion ever since. Lunch, dinner, late-night “oops I blacked out and somehow ended up at the drive-thru” snack, it’s always been there for me. There was a time when I live just one block away (I swear it wasn’t intentional…or was it?), which only proved fate wanted me in a committed relationship with this Dairy Queen. And as with any healthy relationship, faithfulness means regular visits and shamelessly devouring large portions.
I have since moved to another city, and on my last visit I noticed the place had a whole new look. Which leads me to wonder…new ownership? Or just the same loyal crew with a glow-up? Either way, I approve.
Bottom line: if ice cream is therapy, this Dairy Queen is my therapist. Only difference? This one never charges me $200 an hour, just a couple bucks and maybe my dignity when I lick the cup clean in the parking lot.“

“I have visited this Dairy Queen on several occasions and feel that the new owners have made this place so much better. It is now super clean, modern and welcoming. The staff is super friendly and they always make great blizzards. I have also bought several cakes for birthdays and other occasions and everyone always loves them. I will definitely keep coming back. Love having a great neighborhood ice cream store near my house.“

“Came here on a group outing with the Beyond Links crew and honestly… Dairy Queen handled us like absolute pros. A whole crew of awesome adults on the spectrum rolled in ready for treats, laughs, and probably too many Blizzards — and the staff was AMAZING.
Everyone working there was super friendly, patient, and genuinely kind. No weird vibes, no rushing us, just smiles and good energy all around. They made ordering fun, kept things light, and treated our group like VIPs (Very Important People who really love ice cream).
We laughed, we ate, we probably debated Blizzard flavors like it was a life decision. 10/10 outing, 10/10 service, 11/10 happiness levels.
Highly recommend Dairy Queen for group outings, sweet treats, and feeling welcomed exactly as you are. We’ll definitely be back — the Beyond Links crew has spoken 🍦😄“
