Dairy Queen (Treat)

I had a very bad experience at this place. I asked for a chocolate blizzard with m&m topping and the employee made the order wrong instead of how I wanna it she made it with vanilla so I asked she can remake it and she did not do it.

So I decided to visit here to get a mini blizzard and a cup of water. The total came to 5.50. So as I noticed the price difference I decided to get a small instead. So there were 2 school aged girls working at the time. I don't know if I confused them when I asked for a small instead because things got heated. So the price for the small was 6.03 and I had already paid 5.50 so the difference was 53 cents simple math. So the girls begin to get very upset rude and frustrated because they couldn't figure out simple math. The girl with the longer hair became very rude aggressive and out of control so did I as well. After the situation escalated and the police were called age played victim. Moral of the story make sure your kids are learning the basic skills of life how to read write and count money. Hire some adults that know how to upsize a blizzard and and count the difference

I ordered a tropic coolada and it came out very watery and milky I tried to ask employee if she can make another one or maybe even add something for flavor she told me she couldn't do anything because the manager is not here and to come back tomorrow. for a refund and that they changed the ingredients instead of yogurt they used milk but I didn't want a refund.I just wanted a smoothie that wasn't watery it didn't even have the same color as usual it's supposed to be a yellow color because of the pineapple this smoothie was pure white very disappointed I come here regularly but I guess they're changing ingredients to save a few bucks.

Horrible customer service was refused free ice cream for my children dating because it is in a mall they do not have to participate wow horrible service how do you stay in business easy decline customers free ice cream and the adults are still willing to pay

The food is good but the workers are HORRIBLE, they are always making fun of people and the customer service is AWFUL. The last time I went, and when I asked for 3 bananas splits the girls started to make fun, which I still don’t understand what was funny.

If this was my store, I wouldn’t have people like them working there and mistreating customers

Sad that today a Wednesday the 2 girls behind the counter turn my wife and daughter away at 7:45 saying that they are closed.... for even a soft serve cone.. mall closes at 8pm

Very bad manners. An incomplete order 3 times and even speaking in English among themselves, making fun as if the others did not understand.

I was there not to long ago and there was this guy name Duviel he is the most rudest person that I ever known he wasn’t respectful didn’t serve my blizzard upset down when they are supposed to I demanded a free one and didn’t give it to me plus no spoon nd napkins place is disgusting

Had 4 orders today March 28, 2024 at dairy queen and the two female workers were joking around, laughing about not knowing how to prepare what was ordered by my daughters...and also made two of the four treats (one blizzard and a sundae) incorrectly. Will not be returning for future purchases.
