Just visited and found out 'new owners'...Not good. No hard ice cream! After 50 years, a step backwards. I was offered some kind of something, vanilla ice cream with mint flavor and chocolate chips...Awful and a waste of $$. I am now a loyal customer of Carvel, the location, Just west of SW 87 Ave. and Flagler next to Publix. Two for One sundae's on Wednesday; so long DQ.....
Ive been coming to this dairy queen for years. And after covid its been a disaster with they're staff. I always order a blizzard and its always a hit or miss. 9 out of 10 they always get it wrong with the toppings or just plain attitude. I'll be spend my money somewhere else. That has organized trained staff.

Another bad order from this Dairy Queen on Bird Rd. and 67 Ave. I ordered a simple chocolate blizzard with chocolate chunks and they put very little chocolate and didn’t even mix it around; the chocolate was all on the bottom. May seem petty to some, but isn’t the first time this store messes up my order. It’s apparent, the kids that work there don’t care about their job. This the last time I’ll ever order from the store again.
