Everything is fine but there are times when people don't decide and it takes a long time in line, there are also times when you explain your order and they forget right away you have to claim that your order has not been delivered, the rest is fine, but it fills up

Rudest staff I have ever met and as soon as you walk in smells like rotten milk. Will never come here again . After the male in the counter did a bad job with dipping the cone and my husband said if he could dip it again because there was nothing dipped he said he would give him a new one because the dip wasn't good and after making him a new one he got upset and gave my husband attitude because he had taken a bite out of, REALLY!!! I said to him it was made wrong and he was going to throw it anyways and he with an angry face said, " so what, yes I was going to throw it." Knowing how angry he looked, like he wanted to fight or confront in anger. I said please just leave us alone. They have crazy people working here. Hope the owners see this review and have better customer service and get rid of him.

I've frequented this place for over forty years. The ice cream products are always good and it is always staffed by cheerful, polite, and helpful young people (they appear to be mostly teenagers. )

Nonetheless, you decide yourself why this is receiving the rating.Also need to mention, the cashier was very rude and didn't seem to care about my concern.Contacted management on phone however, received a voice-mail. Awaiting word to hear back and go into detail with my recent experience.Very disappointed in a $5+ cup of half frozen milkshake.....not even come close to their Blizzard. Pretty pathetic.

I have only come to Dairy Queen for ice cream, and it really is the best I've ever tasted! My family has eaten Dairy Queen ice cream for years, and we have not changed our minds for other ice cream parlors. You will not be disappointed eating ice cream here! ?

This is a Mickey Mouse club I was never a part of or in. I was always ignored and was never being trained or spoken to. A teenager girl who would brag about missing school worked or still works here. Everybody just kept talking about going to the same college.
