I always go to get ice cream in the ice cream is always great! Professional staff. Free parking. They are pet friendly. I was able to take my 20 lb terrier with a leash.

Sometimes they stiff on toppings or once messed up but they always try to make you happier and make up for it. So thank you. And the employees are always fast and customer service is excellent.

If there were a 0 star rating option thatâs what I wouldâve selected but since there isnât I have to give a 1 star⊠way more than what this place deserves. The employees at this location are all amazing, have given me the best service every time I have visited. As for the store manager (George Garcia), he disgusts me. He treats his employees poorly and letâs just say he has a catastrophic case of âwondering eyesâ. He screams at clients and has no idea what the definition of costumer service is. The man has continuously put his duties as a store manager aside as he relies on everyone else to do his work for him. George has neglected his employees multiple times as he puts them in uncomfortable positions/situations as a result of his actions around the store. Letâs just say this place needs new management asap.

The ice cream here is delicious, but the service could be improved. The young man who works there is polite, well-mannered, and makes you feel welcome. However, the girls often chat among themselves and are reluctant to help, making customers feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. They even laugh at returning customers. Some customer service training would be beneficial for them.
