I haven't had a good experience. Last Friday I stopped by around 4:15 pm to buy some pastries and the person inside told me that they were already closed in a very bad way. I wanted to ask him something and he completely ignored me. Very bad customer service. I understand that they have a work schedule but it is not the first time I have gone and the service is terrible. The products are very good but the customer service must improve because I am no longer going to go to a place where they are not able to serve you politely.

Love this small local neighborhood bakery , pastelito, food , service and super friendly staff are awesome. The Bakery stores in Miami are being taken over by larger franchises unfortunately, making these smaller bakery a thing of the past. The Uniqueness and the magic of the original bakery places I grew up with, can still be found at Dami's.

I placed an order by phone, one of my order was the breakfast supreme with scrambled eggs with ham and bacon, the eggs looked bad and they forget the ham and the bacon but they charged for it, the oder order was with fry eggs also overcooked, is a shame because I drive from the gables and I was not able to back and claim to them, the croquetas and bread was the only good food that I got.
