Aggressive night crowd. They kinda just let chaos run loose and only do something when they can't ignore it meaning someone is either going to be crying or aggressive to the point of physical confrontation. Bathroom's are beaten up bad too.

I love dave and busters but everytime I go the employees just are so awful. Its like the hire the rudest people to work there. People at the front desk dont want to load up my card without attitude. I was waiting to ask someone for water and the employees were standing at the cashier flirting. I was asking for water another time and the lady at the bar was counting her tips right there. One time the waiter demanded a tip pretty much when my brother and friend and I got one order of the cheesesticks and didnt even give us water. The person at the front didnt want to combine my card tickets and told me to use the app instead. its just the worst workers here.

Fun place, delicious food. Good portions. Service started off slow but got better. Train employees to go to table greet guests introduce themselves and offer to take drink orders even if they think they are not yet ready to order food. We spent quite a bit of time waiting for server to come take our order. We had already decided but still looking at all the menu items just for curiosity. Menus by the way had a horrible smell I think they were new.
Celebrated my grandson's 15th birthday hanging out with his friends at Dave and Busters! It was a lot of fun. Great service and food!

The worst D&B in this planet. The food is disgusting and a complete lie. Tenders??? The smallest and thinnest child portion for $18.99!!! Literally 7 fries were served on the side of a Philly that was ridiculous, how they have the audacity to serve such food is beyond me. I’m contacting corporate.

I'm guessing that they will not be open much longer. Front desk was terrible. Line was out the door. Never mind that we had a reservation. The poor server tried her best. Total of 2 servers for the entire huge dining room. (On a Sunday-during a Dolphin game) obviously, service was awful. She was taking orders, serving food, and cleaning tables. They didn't have several of the menu items. Specifically, no meat. Zero. She told us the menu was changing this week, so there was no steak/meat option. Overall shockingly bad.

The games are great. The cost to play is high. The server was really good. The food quality was awful. The chicken and steak in nachos was chewy and lacked flavor. The burger was greasy and loaded with sweet sauce, not good. The chicken tenders were chewy, tasted like horrible quality.

The food and service is great, went for dinner and played a few games after. It's a fun date spot even though it's really loud, but that comes expected since you're in the middle of an arcade, overall would return again!
