Poor customer satisfaction, the table we had reserved wasn't even reserved and left us hanging in the air. The table was reserved earlier the day and had no explanation. Was told the wait time would be 2-3 hours for a reserved table.

It was a mess, service and kitchen was delayed and not working together , 2 1/2 hours of table sitting and never got dinner . Go and play games and order a drink in the bar , not worth to waster your time with a table . All servers and hostess are like zombies and freaking lost , no one's know anything . Not worth it , and they tried to over charge my bill after half the food was canceled due to delay and getting request wrong !! Unacceptable, spoke 2 managers !!

Pizza Planet in the real version, a materialization of the place from Toy Story in the real world. Lots of games for children and teenagers in one place, some of them may unfortunately introduce children to the world of gambling (but apparently no one there cares about that).

It's a place that I like a lot, but it was better in the past, the big 3D platform is not in there anymore and some machines don't work and you still spend your tickets
We have been here several times. This time was exceptionally great service. Julie was an amazingly attentive and very nice. My drink was made quick and is very tasty. Having the spicy hombre margarita and the chicken cantina nachos. Thank you for the great service and fun atmosphere!

They have been catering more toward younger kids and teens. Replaced alot of first person games with racing games. Food and bar always good. Clean restrooms.
