dbakers Miami is amazing! I’ve ordered two cakes from them recently — one for my husband’s birthday and one for my sister’s today — and both were absolutely beautiful and delicious! The designs were spot on, and the flavors were incredible.
Even today when there was a mix-up and my cake wasn’t ready at the scheduled time, they immediately made it right by baking a new one that was ready within an hour and a half — and they even gave me six matching cupcakes for free! That’s real customer service. Mistakes can happen, but how they handled it showed true professionalism and care.
As a business owner myself, I really value great service and happy customers — and dbakers nailed it. Highly recommend them for any special occasion! 🎂💖
