when i walked in i was not greeted by none of the employees. i was sat down and waited for 15 minutes for someone to come and get my drink order. another 10 minutes later i finally got my drinks and my order was placed. the lady taking my order (Alina) didn’t speak english which wasn’t a problem because i speak spanish as well but i had to word for word translate everything from the menu because she wasn’t familiar with it. once i ate the receipt came out and i noticed there was an error in the kids meal and that i was charged incorrectly for an additional side, no problem i’ll just fix it up there when i go to pay. i tell her and she immediately catches and attitude with me telling me that i can’t add 2 sides when on the paper that she literally gave me and we’re both looking at it says add 2 sides for 1.99 each. then the manager came and fixed it for me and behind the counter she was still talking crap saying he’s not gonna be able to fix it the computer won’t let him. the food was super greasy, in the kids meal there was a garden salad that was ordered and the cucumbers had freezer burn. horrible experience, they’ve really let this dennys go. i will not be back

I don’t recommend this restaurant to anyone, the Waitresses don’t want to work I guess .. I was served a Half and Half small packet that was spoiled and was not offered water… I would rather spend my hard earned money at FIRST WATCH … Thank you !!!

We love Eledy and Maria Pagan at Dennys! They provide excellent and friendly customer service every week when we go to have breakfast for dinner. Both of them always welcome us with a smile! They have quick and accurate service because our food comes out hot and as we ordered it. Eledy always remembers our regular order which makes us feel comfortable and welcomed! They always put on a fresh pot of coffee when we come. They are great!!!!

The food was extremely disappointing. The pancakes looked poorly made, with seeds piled in the center, making them look unappetizing and carelessly prepared. The eggs and hash browns were greasy, and the pancakes were chewy and not enjoyable at all. Nothing about the meal felt like the “healthy option” advertised on the menu. Overall, the quality of the food was unacceptable.

12/18/25 9:45 AM service was ok, but food look completely like a diarrea i had an omellete that my 2 years old kid can make it look better, and my wife had a breakfast that the hashbrows were burned from one side and raw from the other, eggs a completely disaster please managers heads up with your cooks.
