We always come here when in Miami. Usually great service but today was really bad, long wait at table to take order, didn't check back for coffee refill, etc. Made us feel unwelcome Not like yesterday or saturday where we had a super sweet server.

The general manager Jose Alvarez is not professional enjoys gossip about customers who eat there to his employees. Flirting with the girls at work. Treating customers with no respect. Should not have a general manager working there like that. Taking the chef who cooks to leave the kitchen to go to the front for no reason and when customers are waiting for their food. Telling customers not to come back to eat after they pay. Very disrespectful to Customers. I’m a police family who was killed in the line of duty. This is the last time I will be eating there. So rude to customers. You can’t have employees mistreating your customers!! I don’t recommend eating at Denny’s.
