I ordered through uber eats from this location & the employees who work here didn’t sealed my order. How am I supposed to know that my food wasn’t tampered with? A random sketchy uber driver dropped it off at 5am. I then called this location and 2 women (of course) answered & said that they don’t seal the big bags at this location. What kind of protocol is this? Does this location want uber drivers to dig in my food or something? I waited 1 hour now my family is not going to eat this morning due to lack of common sense!

Food is made with love and delivered with excellence Service is astonishingly polite Atmosphere looks incredibly tidy and impeccable. I am in love with the essence of Denys and Belinda herself! I had a very disappointing experience at this Denny’s location. They seem to have a business arrangement with a towing company that has people standing outside taking pictures of cars just to get them towed. The towing company staff are rude, aggressive, and disrespectful, which makes the whole experience extremely uncomfortable. On top of that, the restaurant itself looked dirty and poorly maintained — the parking lot and the inside did not feel clean or welcoming. It’s really sad because Denny’s used to be a family-friendly place, but this location gives a very negative impression. I wouldn’t recommend this Denny’s until they fix their cleanliness issues and stop working with such an unprofessional towing company.

I will update this with specific names but everyone who works here is amazing!!! I’ve been coming regularly for years and they know my order by now. Juanita and Luis are my favorites!! Best food ever.
The food was great the waitress Grace was so kind and sweet and helpful. The waitress SILVANA was rude, unprofessional , condescending. I told her politely hi no cheese on my burger she rudely shut me up saying ok ok ok had the worst attitude then proceeded to talk bad about the waitress Grace to other staff members in front of customers. She ate her food by the food line then washed her face in the handwashing sink next where the food is served visible to customers . How are people like this allowed to work in customer service? Not only is she a rude unprofessional bully but she also doesn’t follow food safety guidelines which is pretty gross. Hope they check the cameras .

Theres nothing negative I can say about this Dennys. From the gentleman who picks up the plates to be washed to the workers in the kitchen preparing the food in the hustle and bustle of the morning rush, to the servers(namely, Yemina), to the managers, (Muhammad and Belinda) The vibe here is the most pleasant to start your weekend or your week. As a result of such hospitality, we have become regulars. Its refreshing to observe how management seems fair with their employees and kind to their patrons, as they work so efficiently under such stress, which doesn’t interfere with that hospitality that defines them. Also, (and this is very important if you live in Miami) it’s the only Dennys where you can actually get real Cuban coffee. (This is my review about a month ago on another platform).

This Denny’s is newly renovated and I have to say, this place is way better than how it used to be. All the furniture is brand new, the service is quick, and if you are coming with a group (even if it’s a large group) they bring the food all together and it’s warm for everyone. The person who took our order was Muhammad he seems to be the manager of the Denny’s and he was super attentive, he showed us what the deals were, gave us recommendations and took our order without writing it down (because of his great memory) and we were a party of 7.
Overall, this is a very good quality Denny’s to go to, the service is quick, and the food is affordable offering deals for different demographics such as people 55+, kids, and even specials depending on the time of meal.
