A very welcome "back". Great wine list!!! Callos a la madrileña are insane, what about the Morcillas (blood sausage); out of this world. Im still have the Paella de Osobuco (rabi encendido) in my mouth. What a great Spanish place in Miami!!!

Last Tuesday I visited this restaurant for a wine tasting and my wife was invited by Alain, the house wine supplier and a friend of ours. We loved the food and the service. They were excellent. The wines were from the tasting but I saw that their menu is very good too. We will soon go visit it and by the way I recommend it as excellent. Thank you.

Every dish was delicious, I had pulpo a la plancha and my husband had conejo estufado
The only thing I didn’t really appreciate is that they charged $11 + bc we paid with credit card

Would recommend! Awesome little neighborhood spot, with a cozy dining room in front, and a larger room in back. There was soccer on the tv in the back room when I was there. I thought the service was great- since it’s a small dining room the staff can be attentive and they definitely were. They were also super amable.
A little strangely, I thought the best food I had there was not typical Spanish cuisine. For instance, the Dover sole with meunière sauce was out of this world. It was tender, silky and flavorful- one of the best fish dishes I’ve ever had. As for the “Spanish” food, I thought the vegetarian paella was very good, and the berenjena chips were outstanding.
Thanks for a memorable meal.

Descorche is one of my favorite Spanish restaurants in Miami. The decor is very elegant, unlike the typical restaurants that insist on decorating with flamenco dancers and bullfighters. Spain is much more than that. Gastronomically speaking, they are a 10, correctly interpreting Spanish cuisine (although I don't think the owners or staff are Spanish) and taking risks with unorthodox but delicious dishes. Personally, I love ordering the Paella Descorche, which might be considered heresy by paella purists, but it has an extraordinary flavor. I am also fascinated by their traditional Galician cheesecake, totally different from the Basque-style ones that are so trendy nowadays. The service is excellent, and the wine list is very generous. Prices are medium to high. They offer free parking for customers.
