We love eating at Diced. Fresh food is always on point. This particular location was special. The manager was very hands on and friendly. The staff came around and checked on us while we were eating...a rare thing to see these days at places where you order at the counter. They also keep the place clean-spic and span.

I ordered in store today on October 29th around 4:30pm. It's a simple order of a rice bowl with cheese, lettuce, beans, and chicken, yet they forgot to put the beans and the rice. The lady on register was a saint when I asked to verify that it was lettuce. However, my bowl ended up being a cheese spring mix salad. I understand that mistakes happen so I kindly asked the man on register for the bowl to please be remade as the portions were now either off or not there at all. The guy attending me told me that he would give me a portion of rice. I kindly asked him if he could please remake it instead as the portions were now off, and there was too much lettuce. He said Yes I can give you a portion of rice to add to the bowl. I understand that confusion and mistakes happen sometimes but after the lack of basic customer service after receiving the wrong order, I feel dissatisfied and that I wasted my hard earned money on this incorrectly prepared food. This horrible experience makes me wanna avoid this location entirely.

Just finish getting take out because they usually mess up delivery orders. Guess what they also mess up take out. Its so frustrating to order something sit down to eat it and its not there. I just paid for pico and chips, got home and not there now Im out $5 $7.50 if you count the $2.50 tip i gave the girl at counter for taking my order. Wont come back.
