I ordered in store today on October 29th around 4:30pm. It's a simple order of a rice bowl with cheese, lettuce, beans, and chicken, yet they forgot to put the beans and the rice. The lady on register was a saint when I asked to verify that it was lettuce. However, my bowl ended up being a cheese spring mix salad. I understand that mistakes happen so I kindly asked the man on register for the bowl to please be remade as the portions were now either off or not there at all. The guy attending me told me that he would give me a portion of rice. I kindly asked him if he could please remake it instead as the portions were now off, and there was too much lettuce. He said Yes I can give you a portion of rice to add to the bowl. I understand that confusion and mistakes happen sometimes but after the lack of basic customer service after receiving the wrong order, I feel dissatisfied and that I wasted my hard earned money on this incorrectly prepared food. This horrible experience makes me wanna avoid this location entirely.

Just finish getting take out because they usually mess up delivery orders. Guess what they also mess up take out. Its so frustrating to order something sit down to eat it and its not there. I just paid for pico and chips, got home and not there now Im out $5 $7.50 if you count the $2.50 tip i gave the girl at counter for taking my order. Wont come back.

Staff is very attentive of customer satisfaction. Been coming here for years and as long as I can remember a staff member always approaches you after you have been served to ask if there is anything they can do to better your visit. Must say this type of care will ensure I comeback for another meal. Mateo was the gentleman who checked up on me today. Thank you !!
For Salad is not worth it. I am staying out of carbs for diet. I ask for a double salad and protein. And the bowls was super small. They don’t get no carbs concept can be exchange for more greens!

Came in today to this location not knowing what to get because it was our first time. I had the Chicken bowl with Quinoa and Chickpeas and was delicious. My wife had the Chicken Burrito and we loved it. The food and atmosphere were great plus the Staff were Superb. Thanks Mateo and Alexandra for your attention.
