We have to order our own food from a kiosk now. Not to mention throw away our own plates. It’s amazing that you still want the customer to tip the employees despite my having to do half the work. Here is a suggestion. Pay your employees a living wage with the profit you make from the new system. You eliminate a few employees but won’t pay the remaining ones enough where they have to live off tips. Not cool.

I ordered a wrap of steak which had 2 pieces of cubed steak, that's it. The cost of this wrap, which was very badly wrapped it tore up in my hands and the cost was $22 and had no steak in the wrap. This place gets worse and worse by the day. Eventually, it will be closed down because the service is not great eithet. The steak was nowhere to be found.

The food itself is great if you receive it. Every single time I go through the drive-through there’s some sort of issue. Today there were no beans in my bowl that was supposed to consist of white rice, black beans, and steak. Every other time I’ve gone through the drive-through and ordered chips I’ve never received them or I’ve alternatively never received the sauce I asked for on the side. The food is amazing. I just wish this issue was resolved as this has happened to me every single time
