Very Disappointed My friend order the cake arrived in terrible condition. It was overcooked and almost burned, with a bitter taste. To make it worse, it didn’t have any coconut or mermelada as advertised. Plus she text the place and they were really rude.Definitely not what I expected. She never will order again and definitely me neither, I know we are not famous but my money have the same value If you are not a famous person, do not order here.

Five years ago I had the first cake made for my niece's first year and I was able to speak directly with Laura, it was a reproduction of a doll and the cake was beautiful and delicious, I didn't mind paying what was really expensive, the second year too I was pleased even though for how little complex the cake was the price was exaggerated, in June I had a cake made that was nothing like what I ordered, the panetela was super small and fell apart, even so I went a couple of weeks ago and tried To make a fairly plain white cake, the only complexity was some Isomalt balls, which any top-level candy maker would know how to work with, and the person who took my order, quite unprofessional and unkind, told me that they couldn't do that because it was Miami and It's very hot 🤦♀️, I could order some plastic balls on Amazon 😡, I finally chose since it was there to have another cake made and I had another made that only had 4 white fondant orchids, it was a cake for 30 people, they charged me $400 , the cake did not have any complexity, the orchids were beautiful, the cake was quite mediocre, the sponge cake or panetela was quite bad, it was a run cake and it didn't taste like anything, he NEVER had any cake made, I hope Laura reads this and takes control of her business because it is quite decadent and it is a shame because I tried good cake from them. Finally, another person made me the cake with the Isomalt balls and it was beautiful and delicious.
