First time using Cookies Grooming services. Experience was terrible! Waited for almost 4 hours for a trim and bathe for my Yorkie. He ended up with a very close shave after I explained what we wanted several times. The groomer clearly didn't understand what she was doing. He smelled great after, but we will never return or recommend.

I got a same day appointment and when we arrived my Pup was immediately greeted and loved on. She made sure she paid extra attention to her since it was our first time there and let Coco explore a bit before taking her to the back. When I arrived to pick Coco up she smelled so good and had the cutest pink bow on her. It was a cute touch. I will definitely be returning!

Cookies is amazing! She truly loves all the dogs (even knows all their names) that come and treats them like she would her own. Most dogs hate going to the groomer, but my boy,Tucker, gets excited and basically drags me in there-- that's how you know how great they are

Very rude customer service. Answered the phone with an attitude, not pleasant. She asked us what breed we have and we told her an Australian shepherd, she told us that she doesn't do those breeds which is strange and so we hung up. A few minutes later she called us back to apologize that they DO Aussies. If she would've been nicer we would've taken our dog there but having an attitude as soon as you answer the phone doesn't leave a good impression. Being nice to customers goes a long way.

I was impressed with the care and tenderness my handicapped Yorkie received while cutting her nails. My yorkie has spinal degenerative disease and usually cries when not handled properly. She was extremely loving and caring towards my baby Victoria
