I love bakeries. Growing up im Hawaii back in the 80 90s, I lived several miles from a bread factory. The smell of that factory was the best thing ever. I wanted to eat the air. Smelled so so good! Man! 40 years later I still remember the feeling of passing by the bread factory. Anyways, wifey bought the cinnamon raisin sourdough loaf and it was aight. Couldn't taste the sourdough. Wifey's on a sourdough binger so ive beening eat sourdough for breakfast and lunch for 2 months straight. Pretty confident my wife's sourdough is better.

Delicious homemade bread, feels like the kind of bread dad or Grandma makes. It's a more dense rectangular loaf than san francisco type or pain au levain french sourdoughs I've had, so if you go in with that home cooked mom's bread expectation, it's very cozy and nourishing. Also love that's it's open at 7am so I can get fresh bread for my day ☀️
