Does anyone know what’s going on ? I placed an order with a payment now I can’t get a hold of anyone. Very surprised she has been in business forever the least they could do is contact the customers they took orders from .

I ordered a 2-layer cake with almost a month before the event. I'm not sure what happened but the cake was crooked... I'm not sure what happened during baking. they were supposed to hand over the cake at 12pm but when I went to pick up it wasn't ready at least they had the decency to offer to Deliver it to the event as soon it was ready.
In addition we ordered the cake to be Moist or as moist as possible, we understand that because it was a 2 layer cake the bottom part of the cake couldn't be super moist but the cake overall was dry ..... I sent a message to let them know this was not what I expected but I never received a reply from them.

Awesome customer service! The cake was more than delicious. Presentation top notch. They pay attention to detail and add their signature to the cake which made it far better than expected. I’m Dominican and my mother is straight from the Dominican Republic and she loved it. Her exact words were “They know what they are doing over there” We will be using them for my kids birthday as well based on our guests and kids requests. I would like to thank you for making my wife’s cake special for her birthday. And thank you for working with us.

Excellent quality ! I tried their Dominican 'pineapple' cake slice and everything about it was perfect. The meringue is done just right (velvety& fluffy)and the cake is fresh/ moist and made w/ quality ingredients. Excellent customer service by David, the shop keeper/owner, who was attentive and very courteous.
