We are living in America and for the past month I been ordering from here no one speaks English at the store. How am I living in the United States and an American pizza corporation doesn’t have English store workers that can take my order. And then they get upset with me as if we are not in America.

My God, I’ve never had such a terrible pizza in my life. And this isn’t the first time — it’s the third time I’ve given this place a chance, and they’ve disappointed me again. The service is slow, the food quality is awful, it’s hard to reach them by phone, and when they finally answer, they’re rude. The delivery drivers can never find the place and always take forever to arrive. I don’t know what the managers of this location are doing, but they clearly don’t have a clue, considering it’s common sense that customers are what keep a business alive — because if we stop buying, they’ll have to close down, which honestly would be the best thing that could happen.

This Domino’s location is absolute garbage. The managers must be sitting around doing nothing because the service is terrible — slow, the pizzas arrive cold, and if that weren’t bad enough, after waiting over an hour, the quality is horrible. They should just shut this place down.

I'm staying in Miami for a few days and have been pleasantly surprised by this dominos. My experience has been very good, great customer service, my food was made in less than 20 minutes and was delicious.

This pizza location is a rip off. Order pizza was posted as delivered in the domino app, but I never received my pizza call four times. The guy on the other end was so rude. Hang up the phone on me twice and I was still charged on my credit card for pizza I never received. I reported this location as fraud because there is no way you charge me for a pizza that was never delivered.

Delivery driver does not know how to speak to customers. The store claims he confused with orders and addresses but that is not my problem. A simple search of address on Google would find my address. Now I had the driver telling me I am making a mistake on how I am placing my address online when I’ve been ordering to the same address for a year. Driver needs to find a new job because obviously he can’t follow a simple address delivery. Then he came to the address honking till I came outside to his car.

We ordered 2 pizzas via Uber eats, they arrived more than 1 hour later than the estimated time for delivery. No updates of the order either.

Order never arrived and then they kept screening my call and hanging up on me when I called for an update/refund. Still haven’t received a refund. This place is a complete scam.
