I never received my pizza. I was in Miami for the Usher concert. After the concert, we ordered two pizzas to come from the store at 453 SW 8th Street, Miami, FL. I received a message that my pizza was on the way by Arielle. I did not receive the pizza. I called the front desk of the hotel, Hilton Garden Inn on Brickell. I was told that no pizza had been delivered. By this time, Domino's had closed. We had to find something else to eat. I called the store the next day at 305-579-0997. I was hung up on several times when I started to speak. I finally got someone a few days later and was told that no one spoke English. This was the early morning hours of 11/20/24. I called corporate and was told that someone would contact me within a few days. No on has contacted me. I have no pizza . I have not received my money back, $29.02. Today is 12/31/24 and I still have no resolution.

I ordered a pizza over an hour ago before lunchbreak and still haven't receivied my pizza. I called to find out what was going on. The manager said that it's a hour wait and the driver will be here in 10 min. I should of been told this before placing the order this way I could go somewhere else. Bad customer service.

The food is amazing. There is no better deliciousness per dollar ratio on the planet. Sure, sometimes the food is slow to arrive but that hardly ever happens and it usually arrives piping hot and incredibly scrumptious. All while being extremely affordable. Mister 01 is like 5x more expensive and comes so slow and cold. Rather this than pizza from Italy. No wonder why the company is doing so well. 5/5

There is always an issue with my order, something is always missing, the few items that did arrive are cold as hell, and I never get the extra sauce I ask for. When I call the store, no-one answers and if they do they are rude and hang up on you when you dont lay down for their laziness. Bryan is the manager and provides no management whatsoever and his drivers like Francisco always underdeliver. This place sucks and I my refund for my missing and poor quality items.

Wish I read the reviews before ordering. First time ordering, took nearly 2 hours to arrive and the store is less than a mile away. It’s impossible to speak to anyone as they answer the phone then immediately hang up. Obviously when you’ve waited that long for food it arrives stone cold.
Order from papa johns you’ll have a better experience. Don’t know how these guys are still open and operating

Just ordered today they said they delivered my ordered at 12:07 however that’s impossible de to the fact I put meet in lobby and I went downstairs and no order was delivered I even went to other buildings and they did not received any order! As soon as I placed my order not even 5 minute later it said it was on its way which is not possible as pizza takes more than 5 minutes to bake the fact it was not even made or delivered to the right place is unacceptable never order from this place if you want pizza

I ordered at 11:41 pm yesrterday, they charged my credit card, i followe the trackers for 3 hours, during these 3 hours i called the store and no one aswnered, the tracker says the manager con duty was Cristiano, and after two hours showed that Cristiano was the driver too and never arrvied to my place, im been calling all day trying to talk to him, and the staff said the only have manager on duty after 6pm, im been callins since 6pm till 8pm like 15 times and no one answer. this is the worst exprience ever and is the second time that happens....by the way the store closed at 1 am, i place my order a 11:41 pm......you guys suck!
