They don’t pick up the phone when they get the order wrong. This the second time I have a horrible experience with this dominoes. The management is worthless. They should revoke this franchise immediately. Kelvin Gomez the manager should be fired immediately. He has zero customer service skills. His response to my issue is “I don’t care we are busy.” I have it all on film and I’m sending it to corporate. They don’t care to help. He said he couldn’t refund my order or my missing items until the end of the day. He never processed the refund. Worst dominoes in the city.

This dominos is the worst I've ever been to. They don't pick up the phone, they deliver only part of the order and then refuse to refund. It's blatant robbery. Avoid this place.
Do not order from this location. I placed the order 2 hours ago. Tracker says the driver left the store an hour ago and now they’re just driving around in circles. Store doesn’t pick up the phone. They’re definitely scamming customers out of this location. If you’re going to order, make sure you use a credit card.Update: food was received over 2 hours after placing order. Pizza wasn’t cut through and the honey bbq chicken wings were rubbery, almost like they’d been reheated in a microwave, inedible.
