They remove all bad reviews. I am Ashley’s mom. Horrible customer service all around. This weekend we placed an order. It took an hour to receive our pizza. This location is not doing contactless delivery. They have no clue what that it is. The manager Ashley left our medium pizza in quality check for over 40 minutes. They forgot our order. Pizza arrived room temperature. Also, do not order their cinnamon twists. Disgusting. ?We are regular customers and had only experienced one order issue before which was handled by Daphne by filing a claim, before COVID-19. We decided not file a claim now and will not be placing anymore orders. I agree with one of the reviews, we used our Piece of the Pie reward points for the Medium pizza but paid extra for toppings. It is clear that management does not treat every order the same. Positive reviews are from management and their friends/family members.

If I could give them a 0, I would. I worked i customer service for years and the attitude of their workers is embarrassing for this location and none of the workers were able to help me even though I remained kind on the phone, (Even with my patience thin with this location already) They rarely pick up the phone with me having to call several times... regardless of the time of day. I received a FREE pizza coupon for delivery ONLY, after buying many times for friends and myself, which I applied in the checkout. An item popped up saying this store specifically requires a 10$ minimum, the literal price of a pizza. (Mind you, there is delivery tax that drivers don't even receive; essentially more $$ out of pocket to tip nicely) basically, DONT GO HERE

Placed order, watched pizza tracker, and it says delivered. However it was Not delivered. Called store, called store, ... They continuously send me to hold and hung up on me. Reversed credit card charge, enjoy the charge back fee Amex will apply. Twenty minutes later they try to make delivery while on phone with American Express. ... No thank you, already ordered pizza hut.

Ordered a Wisconsin 6 cheese and a salad. The order process was easy online, delivery driver Carlos was great and remembered the extra sauces we requested. I will order from this location again.

Placed online order. The order was delivered and when we went inside we realized that instead of the three sauces I had ordered they just placed one inside one of the boxes. Called the driver, called the store. The young lady on the phone was defensive and curt, even though I was not rude to her. She told me, in an exasperated tone, that it was an honest mistake and that she was going to send the driver back. I refused. He had already made the trip once, delivered, and received his tip. Now he should continue his deliveries. The oversight is not his fault. I was not even refunded for the money they charged me for the two sauces, which is just a dollar. A sincere apology would have been sufficient, but I didn't get that either. The pizzas were yummy, the customer service left a bad taste on my mouth.

This is how the pizza came after a two hour wait... no the box was not handled rough in a matter of two minutes. Burned, cold, destroyed pizza. Kids and parents woke up with diarrhea and vomiting . Manager was extremely rude over the phone and hung up. Do NOT come here! You've been warned .

Don't really see why this location is rated so low. I ordered two medium pizzas online because they have a special of 2 medium pizzas for $5.99 each. The special also allows you to pick 2 toppings. I think for the price it's a great deal! This time we ordered a Hawaiian pizza with a thin crust and a regular cheese pizza with the garlic creamy sauce which was absolutely delicious. If you want to try something different, I definitely recommend ordering your pizza with the garlic sauce instead of the regular tomato sauce. I ordered online and it was a really quick process. I arrived about 20 minutes after placing my order and both pizzas were ready when I arrived.

I just ordered on this Saturday about $80 worth in pizza from this Domino's store I just called today to order another huge order for my Toyota dealership and I call and they say they're out of medium size pizzas I don't understand how a pizza place can be out of a certain size so then I asked for large and I asked because of the inconvenience and since I'm placing a large order if they can do a pizza with 2 toppings with the $9.99 out of courtesy seen that they are the ones that are out of a product that I'm willing to order and they said no I asked to speak to the manager they said no they're the only person they're so definitely this Domino's Pizza just lost my business which I order constantly for the Toyota dealership That's So close by for a simple request seen that they are out of stock for what a customer should want horrible customer service did not even try and assist the customer simply said no like if it's my fault that their management did not do their job correctly and staff correctly in the sizes of doze and pizza that they should have
