WORST SERVICE EVER, I did the order online, not only didn't I get the email with the details, I called while in transit and was left hanging for 8 minutes with NO RESPONSE, got to the store and they STILL TOLD ME THERE WAS NO PIZZA ORDERED, AND THEN IT MAGICALLY APPEARED ON THE SHELF... but when I opened it the pizza was A MESS, AN APOLOGY WAS EVEN OFFERED, WORST TEAM AND MANAGER, DO NOT GO THERE

Ordered at 2:12pm and we did not receive until 3:48pm. Tried to call many time and nobody answered. When Pizza was finally delivered my wife asked about the quality and the driver's response "my only job is to deliver". Pizza was not hot and was stale. I have no need to order Domino's ever again.

Order arrived within twenty minutes. Food was fresh and hot wilman our delivery driver was proper and curious very professional. I must say a great improvement from a year ago. I ordered a week ago and had the same outcome and wanted to wait until this week to Make sure it wasn't a one time thing. Great job domino's keep up the good work I'll definitely Order more often thank you.

I ordered a pizza for delivery, in the instructions I stated “meet me at 4th floor. enter through parking garage”. I get a call from delivery driver Gustavo who says he’s downstairs so I go to the 4th floor and call him because I did not see him. He begins to argue with me stating “I don’t care i’m not going to the 4th floor everybody else is on the ground floor so you come to the ground floor.” Very unprofessional and made me even scared to grab my food from this very aggressive man. I called this location repeatedly to report the incident which they did not respond. That’s fine will be calling my bank for a refund. Also wouldn’t recommend ordering from here if you’re black you’ll have the worst experience as this is a racist establishment.

We order frequently at this store and every time we get delivery Guy “Humberto” demands and yells at us that if we don't give him a tip he will make sure that next time the order arrives late and cold or incomplete. We have already complained to the store other times but nothing happens. Be very careful with this guy because he tends to be aggressive with clients and in a bad way he will never achieve anything.and be very attentive because he asks you to sign and leave the space empty so that he can later enter the amount.He always complains that Dominos doesn't pay him enough per hour.
