I called in to make an order for pick up and they answered the call and then hanged up on me - tried calling again several times and the kept doing the same thing- I guess they do not want my business - I’ll go else where!!

Terrible experience. I called multiple times and no one answered the phone. I decided to go to the store, and when I arrived, the staff was very rude. They told me there was a long wait time with no explanation or apology. The customer service is awful. I won’t be coming back.

Placed an order online for pickup within 20 minutes. Showed up about 15 minutes later and the store’s door was locked with no employees to be seen. You could hear the phone ringing off the hook and see several orders on the screens waiting to be fulfilled.
Waiting about 10 minutes and left. An hour later, the app still showed “prepping” so it’s likely the store was still empty.
This was a Saturday at 12pm

This location is a disaster. They consistently mess up orders — wrong items, missing parts, the works. And don’t expect it to show up on time either. They’ve been hours late more than once.
The worst part? You can’t get in touch with them. They never answer the phone. Ever. You’ll sit there wondering if your food is even coming, and no one will give you answers. If you do get through, they’ll just say they’re too busy and offer zero help.
No accountability, no fixes, just excuses.
Don’t order from here. Save yourself the headache. There are way better options nearby.

I ordered a pizza for delivery at 7pm and at 7:50pm I decided to drive there and just pick it up myself. I got there at 8pm and they had my order there. It had been sitting there since 7:17pm and it was cold. The cheese pizza had those bread bubbles everywhere. To the point it was more bread than cheese pizza. I asked for a refund of delivery and tips and then walked out. They forgot my 2 garlic butter sauces in the end. Now I’m sitting at home eating cold pizza with no garlic butter after driving to pick it up myself.

Zero ethics in customer service. Bad way to serve you. If you ask about something specific they simply answer you wrong. I think they should educate those who provide customer service on how to provide a service.
The place is very bad, they don't pick up the phone, not to order, and the manager claims that if they don't pick it up, it's because they can't handle a fatal deal. They should close it or change the staff, they are not qualified to serve the public.

Terrible, everything I ordered, the pizza looked old and overheated, the cookies were horrible, I paid for 4 bottles of soda and I only received 3, the whole food was very bad, the first time something like this has happened to me with domino, my money in the trash 😡
