I ordered a pizza for delivery at 7pm and at 7:50pm I decided to drive there and just pick it up myself. I got there at 8pm and they had my order there. It had been sitting there since 7:17pm and it was cold. The cheese pizza had those bread bubbles everywhere. To the point it was more bread than cheese pizza. I asked for a refund of delivery and tips and then walked out. They forgot my 2 garlic butter sauces in the end. Now I’m sitting at home eating cold pizza with no garlic butter after driving to pick it up myself.

Zero ethics in customer service. Bad way to serve you. If you ask about something specific they simply answer you wrong. I think they should educate those who provide customer service on how to provide a service.

The place is very bad, they don't pick up the phone, not to order, and the manager claims that if they don't pick it up, it's because they can't handle a fatal deal. They should close it or change the staff, they are not qualified to serve the public.

Terrible, everything I ordered, the pizza looked old and overheated, the cookies were horrible, I paid for 4 bottles of soda and I only received 3, the whole food was very bad, the first time something like this has happened to me with domino, my money in the trash 😡

Today, July 5th, after leaving work, my wife and I went to buy pizza, Days before we had had several very ugly experiences with shop assistants of Cuban origin who arrived in the US with very bad manners and an employee after my son asked him if she could chop his foot into wedges so that the children could eat it, Her response was typical of Cubans, that she was not obliged to eat her pizza since she was not paid for that,,,,, you can imagine!! Luckily we have been in this country for many years and we were able to determine that the business was not the culprit but the employee who had just arrived and still believed she was in her country, Today the person who attended to my wife at night was a boy from Central America and the attention was excellent and very affectionate.

The worst Dominos ever! They never get your order correct. This is the 3rd and last time I order from them. I placed an order on line. You would think they would pay attention to what I ordered. I go pick it up and they hand me a medium and a large pizza. I ordered 2 large. I tell this to the girl behind the counter and she says yes. I explain again I ordered 2 large pizzas and I got one medium and one large. You can see the 2 different size boxes. She still doesn't get it. Now we have 3 people looking at my order and the 2 different size boxes/pizzas. They reluctantly remade the other large pizza. Never received an apology. When I finally get home. One of the pizzas was wrong. They made it thin crust which absorbed all the grease, so now I had a limp pizza dripping with grease. Not even close to what I ordered. Fed up with this place. When you go to leave a review on their site, the five questions are greyed out as well as the comments section. I guess they know they suck and don't want you to reiterate it to them. You can't talk to anyone. They all speak Spanish, but that's not the problem as I also speak Spanish. There's never a manager on site. No one to talk to the minions that work there and they don't have a clue. Do yourself a favor, don't order from this Dominos. Avoid the aggravation, the lousy pizza and clueless customer service!
Lady who took my order was super rude and not helpful at all. the pizza was a pool of grease which made the pizza all soft and break apart into a wet bread. Never again will I order from this location. The employees definitely make or break the business.

For me, it's a lack of respect that I asked for a large pizza to be delivered with thick dough and they sent me speaking Spanish, which was rubbish, first of all it was fat with the edge of a knife, and the cheese was rubbish, for me they don't even have a star and that makes me happy. It's been 2 times and it cost me like 2 or 21 pesos. I don't have a good opinion. Thank you.

Today I bought two Pan Pizzas. I asked for extra cheese but they really didn't even put the minimum amount necessary. Pay extra. And what can we say about the very scarce meat. I have always shopped there but this time they went too far.
