Avoid ordering from this Domino’s franchisee. They could not be more incompetent: They delivered the pizza 90min late. They won’t answer the phone. The tracker won’t update. No way to cancel the order. Very efficacious, though, in collecting your money!

5 pizzas 2 litters of coke ordered at 1130 am Pizza arrives at 1:40pm after calling back twice. Only 3 pizzas were delivered with no care as to our order being messed up. Called Andres at the store and he really had no solution but to void the order and redo with 3 pizzas. We wanted the pizzas because some staff did not eat. Now 3:47 pm and still no pizza. We called and Andres has not rectified the situation. Will never order from that location again.

Place food is awesome. I happen to live near and always go there at least once a week. Either to buy water and soda or pizza.
The sad thing about this place is that the manager has no education and doesn’t know how to deal with people. She easily gets angry and starts shouting when she feels overwhelmed by arguments and questions.
Sad for the other employees to share this place and atmposhere with this person.
Will probably stop going here as they might put something on my food now.

I always order pizza at Domino's cause I love it but yesterday I asked for an 8 piece stuffed peperoni and I have just realized it's only stuffed with "some" cheese. Must say I repeated this item because I have tried it before and tasted very good. It's a pity it was not the same this time.
I don't think there is a worse place for Dominos than this one, absolutely disrespectful people, today at 6pm I ordered 2 pizzas and I'm still waiting, when I called they put me on hold forever, this is a great company, they should change the management of the place, take action because this location is affecting the entire image of Dominos Pizzas. I am escalating this, I will not stop until someone responsible gets the message of what is happening there.

This is what I got. I refused to eat this, and wanted a refund and the manager of this store was absolutely rude and condescending to me.

Ordered delivery and had bacon on whole pizza, mushrooms on half onions on the other half. And a stuffed cheese bread. I got super dry cheese bread and a mushroom pizza no bacon and mushroom on every slice. I paid for a pizza I would eat they gave me one I didn’t want to eat. REFUSED to remake instead offered 20% off remake ? AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. They don’t give free meat so why should they get to not give you any?

The only thing that went right with my order tonight was the delivery driver, the food I ordered was severely under top. I only received 12 pepperonis on a three topping large pizza. That’s Less than literally half the amount they’re supposed To give you as a three topping large, I should have had 32 pepperonis. Attempted to call the store eight separate times no one answered a single time.
