I waited over an hour before calling to see why the order was taking so long and was told they didn't have that order in even though I had an order confirmation. Then after arguing for 15 minutes they were magically able to find the order. Since the pizza was for my employees staff meeting, we needed the pizza here for the meeting. But when we were told they weren't going to be here for another hour we tried to cancel our order. They wouldn't even cancel our order and when I asked a second time to do it the person on the phone hung up on me mid call. This is by far the worst experience I've had ordering a pizza which is something that should be simple.
