Their pizzas are always consistently good. They often have great specials and it is very easy to place an order on line or from their app.
Today I had their medium pizza with any toppings for 9.99. I ordered their pan pizza with chicken, sausage, beef, Philly, steak, mushrooms, and onions with two garlic dipping cups. It was prepared perfectly and tasted very fresh with a lot of toppings spread evenly.
Parking is easy and with the app they will notify you when the pizza is ready so you don’t have to wait. Everything is prepared fresh and fast. The inside is clean and the staff is very friendly. The convenience and their prices are hard to beat.

I was having a little pool party and I decided to order some pizzas through the app, WRONG, I saw that my order was placed to this store so I called to cancel it because the estimated time was 45-55mins and the store is not the closets to my house, when I called the girl I spoke with told me that they never take that long and is usually less than that, I decided to trust her, WRONG again, the app was showing that the driver left the store at 2:36pm and I got the order almost at 4pm, and I decided to call again during the mid time because it was taking unusually longer, and I asked to cancel the order because I knew it was going to be cold, the girl asked me to not cancel and told me the driver should be at my house within 15 min, which was a lie, I put in the instructions “bring it to the pool” and then put the directions for the pool, the driver didn’t care she bring the order to my apartment and she didn’t even had the decency to call me and let me know, she left it on the floor. I came and obviously the food was cold and the sodas were really hot. When I called the store a girl told me that she called her manager and they sent a driver to sent back the food to the store to receive a refund. Honestly a poor customer service, they didn’t even try to make it right, horrible experience and I haven’t got my refund yet.

Please do yourself a favor and do not order from this Dominos. They consistently lie on the tracker that your order is delivered and it HAS NOT been delivered. It has happened to me three times already. I'm tired of the excuses about drivers. You bill me and take the cc just fine but lie about delivery and don't get better. If you cannot deliver then don't take the order!!!

they canceled my order and when i called to ask why they just kept putting me on hold. called again after being on hold for 5 minutes just for them to ask for my number and put me on hold AGAIN. never got an answer. on top of that i went in person numerous times only for them to tell me they only take cash. horrible service

Please be aware and don’t order from this place at this location 12225 SW 112th St, Miami, FL 33186 My daughter had ordered a small pizza for me on 03/16/25 at 2:30pm and it never arrived. On her cell phone it stated it was delivered. I waited two hours and it never arrived. She called three times and the person who answered which was a female was very rude and nasty. Her excuse was that the delivery man was delivering for three more people so i asked my daughter to cancel and to reimburse back. That woman was nasty and who knows if she will refund us back. Customer Service is horrible. Please do something about this nasty place

Unfortunately the items were incomplete and when I called the store to claim the missing items, the person who answered (Stefany) treated me challenging. They sent the missing items an when the driver arrived, the items were not the one we ordered. I called again trying to talk to Stefany and she answered and left me hanging on the phone for about 9 minutes when suddenly the call dropped. I called again and somebody else answered I asked him to talk to Stefany but she never appeared.

I recently ordered pizzas for my daughter while at a friend’s house. The restaurant called to apologize, explaining that there was a delay due to being backed up, and assured me I would receive a refund while still delivering the pizzas. However, after waiting for two hours, I never received the order, despite having already paid online.
I made the first call to request a refund, and they told me they would get back to me, as they were unaware of the situation. I never received a callback. On my second call, they said I could pick up the cash refund the following day from the manager. On my third call, I was told no one was aware of the refund and that they could not give me my money back.
On the fourth call, I spoke with a very rude employee named Maira Mendoza, who laughed at me and claimed she was just covering for someone and didn't work there, so she couldn't help. When I told her I didn’t want another pizza but rather a refund, she essentially dismissed me and said she could only offer me another pizza. I feel as though I was robbed, as I neither received my order nor my refund.

I ordered a pizza a gourmet chicken nuggets and 4 shares of sauce paid for out of pocket but the delivery was half an hour late and there was no sauce yet, after contacting the store on the phone they said they would deliver it but I waited an hour and the pizza was completely cold and I still didn't receive my sauce, too bad they stopped answering the phone and responding.And I paid a 6 dollar tip for it.
