Whatever you do, do not order from this dominos. You will never get your order and they don’t ever pick up the phone. They have are extremely unprofessional and either management knows and doesn’t care or management is the one allowing such behavior.

This place is the worse dominos in America….the app doesn’t update from this store, and they don’t answer the phone….they just steal your money. Ordered at 6:18 pm it is now 7:18 and app shows still in the prep stage 🤬tried calling the store 4 times no answers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS….I am now out $$ and dinner.

I GOT FOOD POISONING. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and the cheese smelled strange but I continued to eat it because I thought it was just all in my head. Next thing I know I’m extremely sick and it was likely from this pizza. I go to the store to request a refund to the manager and let me just start off by saying as soon as I opened the door it smelled like the inside of a dandy bear. It smelled like dirty locker room. There was a leak from the ceiling that looked to be like some sort of brown liquid and a bucket underneath it. This was all near the food. Not to mention, the toppings are all over the counter and floor and the workers didn’t have gloves and were sitting on the floor. My mouth almost dropped to the floor. How is this establishment still in business? I’m seeing similar reviews of the place from 5 years ago! if you care for your life, don’t eat here. It’s not worth it
Edit: the manager gave me my refund and he was nice and understanding but u couldn’t pay me money to come back here.. so gross

So I ordered 7/13 a pizza and bread bites to be delivered via the App. Not only did it take over an hour for the pizza to arrive which I called beforehand because it was late. When the pizza finally arrived and I went to open the box, a piece of the pizza was torn off the top as if someone had taken a piece off. Luckily the deliver guy was still at my place so I told him that I didn’t want the pizza and sent it back to the store. I immediately called the store to inform them that I was returning my order and had no desire for a replacement given the condition of the pizza and the time it took to get to my house. I was told that I would be refunded and till today 7/22 I have yet to receive a refund. I’ve been calling the store and is either given the runaround with no manager available or that a refund will be issued or that they will look into the matter and being placed on hold with no response and still no refund. So beware before placing any orders from this store. When you call they seem apologetic but in the end they do nothing.

These guys have always been good to me and I've sorta become a regular! I come in when the app says my order is ready and they've always been kind and given my my food in a respectable time frame. Even under lots of work they've done a swell job! I'm really not sure why people dislike this place!

I immediately called the store to inform them that I was returning my order and had no desire for a replacement given the condition of the pizza and the time it took to get to my house. I was told that I would be refunded and till today 7/22 I have yet to receive a refund. Worst experience I’ve had, my friend and I called at 11:30. My friend spoke to a female who works there and asked for a supreme pizza and she told him to hold and had us waiting past closing time. I own a business and this is unacceptable….

It’s incredible, every time I go and I wait in the car for them to bring the pizza, and they never come. Like an idiot I think next time they will eventually come outside with my order.
This time wasn’t it. After 10 minutes waiting outside, I had to go in. The cashier looked like she didn’t enjoy life. Just a disgust face on her. I stand right beside her waiting for her to acknowledge me. And still nothing. 5 minutes y waited, no one came to talk to me.
Finally they did, I told them the amount of time waiting, and they just kept doing their thing. They didn’t say goodbye or anything.
Worst service ever. It’s just sad seeing the lack of service and decency in people that work on the service business.
