Horrible customer service seems to be the trend in here. Once again they have messed up an order. If I was to attempt to call again the ridiculous manager and they would not get the phone as he never does. Seems as though he's afraid to speak to his customers. What's the thought process do you have when you run out of an item which is normal but then go ahead and charge the customer for it anyway and say you will give a credit the next time and order is placed.
