The employees at this location are clearly cheating the system. My pickup order showed “ready for pickup” in the tracker, but when I arrived, the order was not ready at all. I ended up waiting over 45 minutes after the app claimed it was completed. It’s obvious they are marking orders as ready just to meet their required time frames.
When I asked about it, the employee said they were backed up and that he was working alone until someone else arrived. While I understand staffing issues, this is completely unacceptable. It’s unfair to customers who plan their pickup time based on the tracker, and it’s also unfair to employees who are clearly overworked and set up to fail.
To make matters worse, no apology, no discount, no compensation, nothing was offered for the inconvenience. Poor management, misleading order tracking, and lack of accountability.

Third time ive ordered a pizza and it says its been delivered when it really isnt. And calling to ask about your order is pointless, theyll just have you on hold for 20 minutes. Worst dominos store ive ever seen

Waited 10 minutes at the counter while an employee was arguing with a customer on the phone. Very unprofessional. Ironically it was the store manager. 👎👎👎

As I walked in thru the doors my pizza was coming out the oven and no one to attend it and it fell on the floor the lady came out picked up the pizza and put it in a box thinking I didn’t notice and she was about the serve me a pizza that fell on the floor. I told her about it and she was like oh i can make you another one if you want and I said yes. If I didnt say nothing she would have served me a pizza from the floor this was on 11/28/25 at 10:10pm - 10:30pm approximately could be.

Horrible service. Took almost 2 hours to get my pizza on a weekday. Called several times, no answer. When the cold pizza finally arrived, bread bites were missing. They brought those an hour later. Asked the driver if I could speak w manager. No manager to talk to. No way to get a credit. Never ordering from here again.

The boss of the place is very impulsive, plus many others who work with her, when she goes to complain about something, they get upset and even offend you, they have to moderate that character because it is very bad on their part, they don't do the product they offer well, they throw her out. very little product on the pizza and the dough is very ugly, the delivery says it arrived when and the things have not arrived and every time I call complaining that my order has not arrived they say that it is the system that is bad when I know that is a lie It happens almost always and the phone is almost never answered. In short, a very bad experience in that place. I hope the treatment and service changes for the better.

Ordered for delivery on “Dominos Pinpoint delivery” after teasing us with “6 minutes for delivery “ NO pizza!! It’s been over two hours!! Drove to the store to try pick up…… one older lady which was already dealing with upset customers…. One older lady …that’s it no one else …. No wonder no one answered the phone…. One lady making pizzas …. I tried to explain that I wanted to pick the order up, that the store app. was showing delivered ,however order was never delivered.
She commenced on teaching me how the store app worked and how I did not know about how not accurate the app was and how it did not show the delivery address…. I pointed out that it was a dropped pin in front of my house and if she moved her hand from the screen she could read the instructions as well as the map directions…. Hmmm yep I am an avionics tech that worked on classified aircraft navigation systems but a simple drop pin app kick my a+$. Well cold pizza got the house more than two hours later….the insurance button on the app showed an error to call the store… yep the store that did not answer the phones……
Side note this older lady never broke stride never stopped working, pizza order pizza in pizza out could not be angry with her as much as the manager or owner who would schedule one employee ….
