Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid This Location
This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with Domino’s. I placed a delivery order and tracked the driver getting close, so I waited outside. After nearly 10 minutes with no one in sight, the order was suddenly marked as delivered. I tried calling the store, but no one answered despite multiple attempts.
When I went to the store in person, the staff told me this issue had been happening all night and that several other customers were also still waiting for their “delivered” orders. I was told the pizza would still arrive, but after another 30-60 minutes with nothing delivered, I returned to the store.
On my second visit, I asked for a refund. Instead, a woman came from the back and claimed she had just made my order and that it was out for delivery again. When I finally got the pizza, it had been left on my porch and was ice cold—completely inedible.
I asked for a refund again and was told to come back the next morning. To make matters worse, the customer service was incredibly unprofessional. Staff were dismissive, and one employee pretended not to speak English, even though I had just seen her speaking it earlier. I also overheard staff making rude comments about customers in Spanish right in front of them.
Something has clearly changed with the management or ownership of this location, and not for the better. I strongly recommend avoiding this Domino’s entirely.

My order was on time. The staff offered help taking my 6 pizzas to the car. At home the pizzas were still warm. Everyone enjoyed the Domino's pizzas. Thank you!
The absolute worst. Pizza never arrived. The person at the store kept saying it was on its way. Great way to ruin dinner for our kids. Shame on you. Manager needs to reassess his life choices.

WORST dominos ever. I’m 8 months pregnant and ordered a pizza an hour before they closed. I felt bad but figured an hour is enough time. I literally live not even FIVE minutes from this location. Not only did they not show up but they did not answer the phone when i called to simply ask for a refund. It was definitely a pregnancy craving and I was sad I didn’t get my pizza but they couldn’t even have the courtesy of letting me know they couldn’t make it. Worst part is they marked it delivered on the app so it looks like nothing happened.
Honestly there system is always down and I can never track my delivery order. I live in a multi-complex house so this is very frustrating because now I have to keep calling for updates and wait outside. Now its raining and I am given the same 15 mins more. Waste of time just don't order delivery. No issues with pickup.
***Update: waited for two hours for my order for then to deliver to someone else and hang up on me when I called. I literally had to call them 22 times for my refund***

The new New York style pizza is not very good and is definitely not New York style and the chicken wings taste like frozen straight from the fridge horrible.
