Domino's Pizza

Never ordering from here again. This is ridiculous I placed an online order and when I arrived after almost 30 minutes they had not even began making my order. When I told the girl I wanted to cancel the order they didn’t even know how to cancel it and told me that I had to do it myself online. Based on all these negative reviews there’s clearly an issue going on here and management needs to get involved

Hour and fifteen minutes from order and never arrived although app said it did. Second time this happens. I would never order dominos again due to these last 2 experiences. Now my kids are at sleep and their pizza never arrived..

45 mins until food arrived, app said the food was delivered beforehand and it never was. Son and I were outside looking for the order. Wife called and they said the app was broken. Wings looked poorly assembled and undercooked, thrown together like they didn’t care. Ordered a Sprite, received a Coke. Hope corporate pays this unit a visit.

the estimated time on the app was about 30 minutes…. I didn’t exepect them to be here within 11 minutes so I was not ready and never got my pizza…

If I had a 0 rating I would. Not the first time that this store has messed up. We live less than 5 minutes away from the pizza place so tell me how is it that it took them almost an hour to deliver the pizza. When called, the supervisor stated in Spanish only because she only speaks Spanish, that the driver had three orders to deliver. She blamed it on traffic at 9:30 p.m. when there is none really. And also made every excuse in Spanish known to man why they are not at fault. The pizza arrived lukewarm at best and almost an hour late.

This is the worst dominos location I have ever gone to. This is the 2nd time I order from there because I wanted to give it a second chance cause the 1st experience was so bad but never again. The wait time is disrespectful. The staff is more concerned with getting the drivers out than the customers waiting in their lobby. I'd rather drive farther and get better service than to sit and wait for an ungodly amount of time for subpar pizza.

This has happened to me twice, when coming to pick up my pizza, NO GARLIC ON THE CRUST, the dough is kinda dry, little amount of sauce, This is the worst location i’ve picked up my pizza at and this both happened during the nighttime 😒😔

Every time i order from this place their is always an issue i will never order again after this. I opened my pizza and this is what it looked like….. the toppings are completely off the pizza it looked like it fell on the floor and got put back in the box

I’m a truck driver sitting on the side of the highway for the evening Ordered pizza and some Alfredo to last me Delivery was fast and the driver was friendly My food was good and hot as well as tasty Thank you

After one hour waiting for the delivery to arrive I had to go to the store to pick up my cold order. Thank you!!!!! Never again

Everytime I’ve ordered from this specific dominoes they are over 1 hour late on their deliveries. And they purposely update the app to show the order has been delivered when it is not delivered. Corporate offices should look into that in order to track the actual response time to these app orders.

Once is by chance. Twice is coincidence. Thrice is a pattern. Every single time the pizza tracker says my order is ready, “the system is broken” (that’s the excuse I normally get). I’ve had to consistently wait 10-15 min for my order even though I got the notification that my pizza(s) is ready. I’m not a fan of the pick up service here.

The worst customer service.
There is no pleasant welcoming customer
Not answering properly to the questions
Even though it’s tourist place, but recommended not to go to this Dominos
