Domino's Pizza

Everytime I’ve ordered from this specific dominoes they are over 1 hour late on their deliveries. And they purposely update the app to show the order has been delivered when it is not delivered. Corporate offices should look into that in order to track the actual response time to these app orders.

Once is by chance. Twice is coincidence. Thrice is a pattern. Every single time the pizza tracker says my order is ready, “the system is broken” (that’s the excuse I normally get). I’ve had to consistently wait 10-15 min for my order even though I got the notification that my pizza(s) is ready. I’m not a fan of the pick up service here.

We literally live five minutes away and for the third time, these people cannot find our address. They have a tracker!!! The GPS shows my house but they still struggle to find it!! I LIVE FIVE MINUTES AWAY 🤣🤣🤣

Never on time

By far the worst service we have ever encountered. We placed an order at 7:30PM and the first delivery, our delivery person dropped off the pizza at the wrong house. We call and we place another attempt for them to deliver to our house and 1 hour later, we get on the phone and one rude staff member says that the shop is busy. We ended up having to cancel the order. Please get a pizza somewhere else other than here.

Delivery takes over an hour, when we call they tell us the tracker is not reliable. The person who answers the phone is rude, did not apologize for the delay and hung up on us mid sentence

2 hours to get my pizza. Ordered at 10:22pm. Driver left at 11:08 and arrived 12:15. Good thing they have trackers to catch those abusing the pay and ruining the reputation of the store. Ice cold food. Never again...

Always out of everything. Can’t even get packs of red pepper. What kind of pizza restaurant doesn't have red pepper packets? Bad attitudes all around. People who ignore you even when you’re there just to pick up your online order. 5 people standing around doing nothing and don’t even want to ask how to help. Missing items in this order. This has to be the worst dominos ever. Also what ever happen to put seasoning on the crust? They can’t even cut the pizza right. Sometimes there’s missing ingredients on the pizza too. I even sent a complaint to CS and they didn’t even care so guess I’ll be going elsewhere.

every time I am forced to order from this location, it doesn't go smoothly. tracker doesn't work, staff doesn't pick up the phone, orders delayed constantly :(
