I have never experienced such awful service and pure discrimination in my life. Placed an order with Santiago for delivery, paid, and preceded to wait. After waiting an hour for my order, the driver Lila refused to get out of the car and demanded I meet her in the street. After going outside my apartmentto meet her in the street she then refused to give me my order citing her “safety”.
