Awfull I have been waiting for my order 2 hours im just 7 minutes away after several times calling the finally answer the phone and the girl is laughing off… this was crazy disrespectul still trying to find out how much longer i have to wait and they cant say /: honestly there is people who doesnt have any idea of what they are doing ( how hard is to cook a pizza and send it 7 minutes away)

The food was good. It is just poorly located because of the hype of 8th street (Calle 8). The parking lot was filled with water. When first estimated to be ready for pick up was at 7:41. Actually got my pizza 15 minutes later.

I came to the store to order a Buffalo chicken they told that they didn’t have chicken so I asked for pepperoni instead of the chicken no onions when they give my order they gave me a pepperoni pizza without the buffalo, after that they started saying that i didn’t order that when I know my order really bad service

Today, February 14, at 6 pm 7 in the afternoon... after more than 30 minutes of placing the order, I arrived to pick up the pizza and the useless kids, what are they, are all the kids who are working and coincidentally something always happens to me with that team, they hadn't even prepared the fking pizza...

The customer service is terrible, they have 3 employees and the phone rings and rings and they never answer. I have to come to the place to order and I was waiting for 20 minutes and of course that's when I realized that's why they will never take my call. If no one takes the calls.

Ordered delivery at 2:30 received my pizza at 4:45. Pizza arrived cold (as you can imagine). When I spoke with Violeta she refused to refund my order. She said delivery is on bicycles.. of course it’s going to arrive cold!!! Completely unacceptable. Will be taking this up with dominos headquarters.
