Poor customer ethics. The order was ready in the system and they hadn't even started processing it. The workers and assistants were chatting and there was a huge party in the establishment, and horrible shouting. They handle food without wearing sanitary gloves or maintaining sanitary measures to protect against the spread of epidemics or diseases. I don't recommend this establishment and the managers should take action against these people.

I came in to order a large pepperoni pizza well done after 45 minutes waiting and the monitor stated that my order was ready the lady told me not to go by the monitor and that my pizza was being made. After another 25 minutes of waiting I'm looking at a delivery driver taking my pizza for a delivery. I told the guy that's my pizza the lady told me that pizza needed to go ASAP. I got my money back

The Pizza was perfect, as expected being in Miami no one spoke english but my broken spanish was good enough to get my order. The staff was very friendly and had my pizza very fast. Tasted great. Zero complaints.

Ordered delivery here while on vacation. Driver was 40 minutes later than the quoted time, called and said he would be there in 3 minutes, and was there 20 minutes later. The pizzas looked like they were smashed and involved in a rollover and stuck to the top of the boxes. Clearly, there was zero care given or checks for accuracy. Terrible Dominoes location. Terrible delivery driver. Terrible experience.

Horrible service. Had to wait over an hour for a delivery. The pizza and cheese rolls arrived cold as ice and no apologies neither from the delivery person nor from the company. Tried to report an issue and kept getting an error because “the order was still on the way”. Apparently, the app thinks that the order is still out for delivery 4 hours after it was placed. On top of that, the pizza was cut in such messy and uneven way that you can see how little the staff cares about the quality.
