Probably the best Dominos in Miami my order came out perfectly. Also the staff, especially the cashiers, were very friendly, the place inspired good vibes. Definitely recommended.

I don't know what's going on, I've always eaten my pizza there because of its quality and service, but there have been three times that the literal pizza is useless, it was dry, it didn't have any cheese, it was more bread than anything and how delicious it looks in the TV advertisement, I think the manager must care more about his employees because they are going to lose customers...very disenchanted.

I ordered a pizza from 1105 NW 22nd Ave in Miami, FL on 2/5/25; according to the tracker, it was delivered, but I never received it. It took me an hour and a half to contact the store to find out they were not going to deliver my pizza again, and that I needed to come in to pick it up myself. I do not have transportation so I told them that I want my money back. I was told I would get a refund, and here it is 13 days later and I still have yet to receive my refund. I am a long-time customer, but I am seriously considering taking my business to Pizza Hut orLittle Caesars, and I may have to get this litigating to get my refund back.

Terrible customer service the location was 8minutes from my hotel the pizza was cold and hard called several times they were playing on the phone when they finally answered they were just holding the phone not speaking we were hungry and was stuck with a cold hard pizza it's definitely not fair we wish we could give a zero rating because that's what they deserve!

Ordered food waited over an hour and a half for him to say it would be another half hour eventually waited so long had to cancel
Playing with peoples hard earned money and dinner is not funny.. female employee made a joke on how heavy the pizza was while picking up since i order extra sauce.. its unedible and disgusting..i tried squeezing all the extra sauce to save it the dough its soaked like a soup.. Let the pictures do its justice. I hope management take judgement since corporate will be involved in this one! God bless.. hope the laugh and prank was fun enough!
