Thank you for getting to the point , so I could start this . I didn't go in , but I put that down because they didn't have the app as a choice . Which I can see why because that's why I have complaints about not one but 2 times . Both times were in April , I had downloaded the app . I had it before but got ris of it . When I downloaded it , and tried to use it , I'm sorry , there's already an account with that name . I know , it was ME . After getting the app straightened out , our pizza never made it . The driver brought the wrong order to us . So I call to complain , and they pretty much made good on sending me thr order I wanted . And sent me an email for a half price pizza for their mistake . I'm like okay , I'll give them another chance . About a week or so , I gave the app another chance , and the same thing happened . I know that's me , so of course I have an account with Domino's . After getting around that for the 2nd time , I figured you guys wouldn't screw up twice in a row . But you did screw up twice in a row . By taking nearly 2 hours to bring the order . The first time I ordered it , thr tracker said that it had been delivered . WHERE, TO THE BERMUDA TRIANGLE ? Bottom line , like I said , it finally got there almost 2 hours later . If I have something happen one more time , I might call the Better Business Bureou . There's NO excuse for twice having problems associated with the app . I'll try once more , buy in person where hopefully there's no screw ups . And hopefully other people read this review . It'll save them a lot of headaches .
NOT recommended. Ordered on line. Pizza was over 45 minutes late, so I called and cancelled the order. Order still wasn’t ready for delivery when I called. Phone representative said they were understaffed and that’s why it was late. They still charged my credit card and I called the store to talk to manager, Marie. Waited in queue for over 20 minutes to get a refund and finally hung up. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card instead. Poor customer service and I will not return.

Driver did not delivered my pasta
Wasted my time , food was never ready when I was notified by the app it was. Save your time and chose a different location. They need to hire new staff who's actually motivated to work.

A good pizza and service, but the restaurant is a sad sight, where money should be spent on renovation. It should also be cleaned better. Seemed dirty throughout the restaurant. Coming from Europe, it's a low standard here in the US.

Gave me the wrong pizza and when I tried to reach the store...just hangs up on me. Completely unprofessional manager needs to be replaced by someone who cares about people and their food.

Refilling dough when 2 customers are waiting and the orders are under the warmer, take care of customers before anything else!!! Wth, why should I wait and let my order get cold. There were 3 other workers there!! They can't do it or help the customers?? NEVER COMING BACK!!

Horrible!!!!!! 1st off, I ordered one pizza with a soda and garlic knots. What arrived to me was 2 pizzas, a little suspicious, and nothing else. When i opened the box, none out of the two pizzas is what I ordered. One of the pizzas looked like a rat ate around the crust. When i called the manager, her response was " I knew you were going to call". So they knew they gave me a deformed pizza and couldn't even call. Then still managed to give me the wrong drink the 2nd time. What is going on with you guys

Bad customer service, order a 25 usd veggie pizza with jam and pepperoni (I paid extra for those items)I get home after 12 hours work shift to find out they never put the ham or pepperoni but they charge me for those items, I call the store and they want to give me a credit store ,when I ask how is that works? They told me when you order again just give your phone number with no email or anything saying I have store credit, I say which other option you have ?then she offer me to make the pizza as I pay for and that I bring the pizza I have then they can see they make a mistake and keep it, I ask for my money back and she refuse, I don’t want business in place like this, she just reply is not my fault, yes it is ,you make the mistake and you don’t recognize and you see the prove it because I bring the pizza back to you ,she was just m it’s not my fault…you make me come 2 times and drive here when I don’t leave close to this place, just take your money some were else they value your business as a customer, for that amount you buy a local pizza with better ingredients or at papa John’s, sorry but this was the worse customer service i see in a pizza place …stay away this place ,they need more then training to run that place and if you go always check your order before leaving !!!!!and those employees they never wear a name tag and refuse to give the name and it’s not in the receipt also….

Things here are too slow.
Your wait time even if you order online might be more than 30 mins.
It is crazy.
Do they need more staff, an extra oven? I don't know but every single time I order is way slower than a turtle.
Also staff does not know how my deals and rewards work. I asked them last time for something on my account and they did not know to reply to my inquiries.
I ended up paying for my order, when it should have been free. Then, later that week I figured out myself how things work on the page.

This place Thursday night ready slow,..
Wow. Early Monday bight. Driving home from a long day outside Miami. Eager to grab a pizza on my drive home. Called for over an hour. Not. A. Damn. Person. Can answer that phone. Can’t believe I actually let it ring for 52 minutes.
Walked in. Still wanted that pizza. Ordered a gluten free pizza (one of the few places around).
The dumb kid looks at me and say, “What’s Dat?”
I walked over to McDonald’s.
The pills are very, very delicious, they don't take long and they are well treated. I congratulate you.

why pay for extra pineapple when they never get it done correctly and the bad attitude of the service. i will never order from thisnlocstion. i prefer to drive 5 or 10 min more but deal with more customer oriented people. Look at the picture and tell me that it is EXTRA pineapple
