Ordered chicken cesar salad, and was told they didn't have it when I came in to pick up. I asked to change to garden salad and add some chicken on the side (since they have all sorts of chicken and it was their fault that they couldn't fulfill order without notice) but the answer was just NO. Very disappointed with service and lack of ownership on their mistakes.

This is the worst Dominos I've ever ordered from. I ordered several pizzas today and they were marked delivered when they weren't. I waited 10 minutes after and started calling the store. A woman answered and said "online only" then hung up. I called back and when she answered I tried to explain that my pizza wasn't delivered and she just hung up again. After that she didn't answer the phone again. 30 minutes later my pizza finally arrived. It's ridiculous that you can't get through to discuss your order. Its also ridiculous that they mark things as "delivered" 40 minutes prior to them arriving. I'll never order from this place again and you should take your money to a place that will actually answer their phone.

I received an incorrect order from the store at 2645 SW 27th Ave, Miami, FL 33133. When i called to inform them that the order was incorrect they said that they would credit me 1 free pizza the next time I called in. When I called in to claim the pizza at 2:52 on March 25 the person who answered the phone asked what I needed 8 told her that I needed to place a delivery order and I was supposed to have a free pizza. Without saying a word she put me on hold. After waiting a few minutes I hung up and called back and was hung up on before anyone even spoke. I called back 6 more times and nobody answered. I called a 7th time from a different number and the same woman answered the phone immediately. When I asked for a manager she said "yo soy" and put me back on hold. I called 2 more time and nobody answered. This kind of service is absolutely unbelievable.

The wrong pizza was delivered and when I called to rectify the situation the lady on the phone was extremely rude and demanded I return the pizza whole and wait while they send the right one. I’m not going to take a slice a pizza away from my hungry kids so that was an absurd request. I have no issue returning the pizza but it was her threatening and rude tone that has me most disgusted. I attempted to ask her name but she hung up on me. I called back and was told her name is “Lupe.”

What’s a loyal customer till today? They overcharged my bank account and will not give me my money back will not be ordering from them again.

ALERT !!! Do not order from this place. I placed a delivery order, never got any notifications from them even though my phone had them enabled. I ended up eating something else. And suddenly 2 HOURS after I placed my order, the delivery guy shows up. I tried to call the store. Half an hour on hold and nobody ever picked up the phone. If you like cold pizza and waiting 2 hours to get it, use this location. Otherwise, stay away !!! You've been warned. And by the way. No apology. Just an email offering a coupon for a future order. There will NOT be a future order from this place.
