I called that location 3 times at 3 different occasions they put me on hold for over 25 minutes. When I arrived, the place had no waiting customer and they were just having fun talking. While inside I called them again and they did not know if it was me. They said dominos please hold and put the phone on the side and continued joking. I let them know what I saw and told them I would report it. I think this place hire only kids with no responsibility

Absolute utter crap. If you want inconstancy and never knowing if you’ll get a great pizza or a pizza with half the pizza missing cheese this is your spot. Since they make pizza by hand without gloves, uncomfortable returning it as someone can easily put their hands in their pants and you wouldn’t know. Never going there again. Crap.

Ordered online and when the order was delivered it was incorrect. I called to tell them about my order that they messed up and the manager first said that she can either send me a new pizza but I need to pay for delivery again or I can get credit for a new pizza at a later date. When I chose the credit the manager then said that she cannot provide me with the credit and will send me a new pizza but I would need to return the old incorrect one. When I had explained that my kids already began to touch the pizza they told me that there's nothing they can do now because we touched the pizza. Extremely unprofessional. Both my pizzas were made incorrectly but it was my fault they couldn't do anything about it.

I can’t give zero stars because it won’t let me. I ordered 6 pizzas for a party the told
Me it would be dollars and would take 45 minutes to deliver. I stated I needed change for a 100 dollar bill. They stated ok no problem. 45 minutes came around I called and the guy places me on hold for 10 minutes. The manager picked up and stated our order was never placed because they did not provide change for cash. Mind you I was doing a party for a kids birthday day. This is completely unexpected and super unprofessional. This place should be shut down indefinitely. My friend also ordered from this same spot last year and stated his order never arrived. He was watching the delivery driver driving circles and he ended up driving to the store and requesting his money back.

Shame on this place and its employees.

I had a very disappointing experience with my recent order. The Philly Cheese Steak stuffed-crust pizza I received was doughy and undercooked, and the overall quality was far below expectations.
In addition, the pickup experience was unprofessional. Even though I ordered online and arrived at the stated pickup time, the pizza was not ready. While waiting, staff members laughed, and the situation felt dismissive and rude and when I asked about my order, one staff member responded with, “Do you want to wait or cancel?”—even though I had already paid for it online. I then spoke to the manager, Carlos, who focused on my tone rather than addressing the actual issue or trying to resolve the situation. This response only made the experience worse. The inaccurate pickup time and lack of customer service made the experience frustrating. I hope Domino’s addresses these issues so other customers don’t encounter the same problems.

I order a two pizza online to be pick up at the 730 pm I order with over hour in advance pizza was never made I had to wait for the pizza to be made the employee were laughing at my situation when I ask for the pizza the one lady said do you want to wait or cancel when already had paid for it

This place once used to scam people by putting medium pizzas into large boxes. (Yes! - I measured it with a tape measure). They don't do that anymore. But now it's 10 cents per packet of red pepper? Nickel and Diming people like that? LMAO get lost. Normal people would just give you packets of condiments - ketchup, mustard, pepper, salt, etc. But this owner has his employees actually asking exactly how many packets of pepper they want because they are 10 cents each. Idiocy.

I ordered two pizzas online one was a hand tossed and the other was New York style, we got it for delivery and realized they made the pizzas backwards, the hand tossed had the toppings we ordered with the New York style crust and the New York style crust with the hand tossed toppings. We called for a refund and they said they couldn’t do that unless we allowed them to come pick up the wrong pizzas, bring them back to the store and remake and deliver them correctly, we declined because we were starving and already waited for them. So they added a coupon to our account for two free pizzas, when we called in the new pizzas the exact same thing happened, wrong crusts were put with the toppings the same way it happened the first time, we didn’t bother calling to let them know since it was the second time it happened.

Every time I order it always takes more than an hour to get here even though I live 5 minutes away and if you call to ask about your order the employees hang up on you immediately without even saying hello it’s completely unacceptable

Worst experience ever placed order at 1.25 pm received order at 4.30 pm order was cold and you can’t even call store to see where your order is . Save yourself the aggravation go to Steve’s pizza or any other pizza place where you can call in case you need to speak with them . Stay Away last time I ever use Dominos
