Came in to order, clerks dont speak much English. No prices on the electric monitors or the menus, gotta sit there and ask for prices with these people that don't speak much English, they got to go through the computer system to look everything up which took time. I ordered a two topping large pan, they told me 20 mins, when it was ready, it was wrong, it was a plain cheese. When I got the second pizza, I asked if I could get the cheese one as a courtesy or at a discount since they had me wait so long on their mistake and they refused.

I’ve been waiting for the pizza for the past two hours and when I call the place, they don’t answer or they hang up. I wouldn’t recommend this place because it has really bad service and when they answer, I can overhear their conversation. They are the worst!

Carside delivery at this store is the worst. If you have a reason that prevents you from leaving the car, do not count on this service as they would either forget about your order or leave you there for half an hour after the order is ready. The pizzas are ok, the service, terrible.
They won’t pick the phone, they pick and hang the call. I’m ordering from across their store now it’s another pizza place there I guess they don’t need our business anymore. 8/15 7:40pm hello

Ordered one pizza and one sub at 1:40 pm. Called at 2:45 and they said the driver got confused and marked it ready on the app. Then they remake the order and I’m looking at the driver tracker going past me down to saga bay making deliveries. 2 hours later still no pizza and when I call the store the lady has tremendous attitude

ok when I got to the store to pick up the pizza I ordered online one of the workers told me to pass the debit card when I passed the card I see on the screen it says take card and then transaction completed, then the representative tells me that the transaction is not What happened, I went and checked my bank account and the $19.99 had already been taken out of my account and they did not want to give me the pizza. It was a truly frustrating deal when I have been a Dominos customer for many years. The name of the supervisor of this store is Carlos and he has a very bad attitude with customers and especially today with me he was very frustrating and unprofessional, he did not give me the pizza that I had already paid for and I showed him the proof of my bank account that they had already paid. took out that money.
