I ordered a pizza with extra cheese from Domino's, but unfortunately, it had no cheese at all. The chicken wings were also horrible, and overall the entire order was very disappointing. I expected much better quality, especially after paying extra.

I ordered a pizza at 8:15 PM, and over an hour later, it still hadn't been prepared. Unfortunately, my experience today was very disappointing.
While waiting, I noticed several concerning issues. The phones were ringing continuously, yet they had unplugged them to avoid taking calls. Additionally, none of the staff members were wearing gloves while handling food. I observed them handling cash and then immediately preparing food without washing their hands, which is quite unsanitary.
When I finally asked about my order after the long wait, the staff member handed me a cold pizza. It was clear that it had been sitting there for a while. The New York pizza looked unappealing—very small, almost like a medium, and hardly any cheese. The Hawaiian pizza had large bubbles on each side, making it look even worse.
I have been a loyal customer at this location for many years, as I used to appreciate their service. However, the behavior of the staff today was unacceptable. They were cursing at each other while managing orders, which created a very unprofessional atmosphere.
Sadly, I will not be returning to this location after today’s experience. I wish I could attach pictures to show how poor the quality was.

Came in to order, clerks dont speak much English. No prices on the electric monitors or the menus, gotta sit there and ask for prices with these people that don't speak much English, they got to go through the computer system to look everything up which took time. I ordered a two topping large pan, they told me 20 mins, when it was ready, it was wrong, it was a plain cheese. When I got the second pizza, I asked if I could get the cheese one as a courtesy or at a discount since they had me wait so long on their mistake and they refused.

Carside delivery at this store is the worst. If you have a reason that prevents you from leaving the car, do not count on this service as they would either forget about your order or leave you there for half an hour after the order is ready. The pizzas are ok, the service, terrible.
