At 11:30 a.m., I placed an order through the website for pickup at the restaurant. The site indicated that it would be ready at 12:30 p.m.; However, when I arrived at 1:00 p.m., I found the establishment closed. I tried to contact him by calling at least six times, but received no response. Finally, I managed to speak with an extremely rude and unprofessional receptionist, who at no point offered an apology for the unexpected closure of the restaurant. He simply stated that my order was not registered and gave me a wait time that was not feasible given the time that had already passed. When requesting to cancel the order, the receptionist informed me that she could not do it and that I had to call a phone number to do so.Long story short, I had to resort to my credit card to cancel the charge and find food elsewhere. I highly recommend anyone looking to enjoy quality pizza and receive fast, personalized service to consider other establishments.

I have been a customer of this prestigious place for many years and I have always recommended it to many people. Today I ordered a Tuna Sandwich and I was not satisfied. I called at 2:00 pm to place the order and he told me to pick up in 20 minutes. I arrived and wait like 10 more minutes because it wasn't ready yet. But it doesn't matter more or less, we know that things sometimes get complicated even though there was no one there during the time I was there waiting. To what I'm saying, the person who attended to me was totally incompetent. He told me it cost $10.00. I thought they had raised the price and I tipped him $1.00 more, then he told me that I had 0.39 cents or so left over and I left that to him too. But I didn't stop there. When he gives me the order after chatting inside, I sit in the Car to enjoy my Sandwich, since it didn't come out with the usual quality.Remember, altering consumer prices is a crime. The tip is earned with good service. It is not imposed. Thank you and I hope this helps you.

The lady from the cashier was even nice, but the lady (the oldest one) who came from the kitchen was very rude! She treated me super badly, I'm won't be back!

Great Pizza ? don't get the Alfredo pasta they use the sauce straight out of a prego jar and pasta is never aldente when you ask for it. Also tastes blend. Only having sodas. All desserts are $5 and the cashier ladies don't speak English and are a little defensive. They have attitude and are not very friendly. When you call for an order you will see what l mean. But l do recommend the hot turkey sandwich. Delicious sub. Only take out place. No tables.Parking: In a small plaza. Parking gets full.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes in front of the 747 supermarket.

I can’t attest to the food as it was never delivered. I ordered online and it forced me to a third party delivery service, Slice. My food was suppose to arrive by 8:02pm. I received a message that it was delivered at 8:16pm. The delivery was not brought right to my room as the hotel desk said it would be. When I went downstairs they said they did not have a delivery. I called Fabio’s and was told by the lady to call Slice customer service. So, I chatted with them only to be told they were sorry to hear this and they would send it up the authority chain. Meanwhile I’m out $37 and have no food. I decide to call Fabio’s back. Her answer is the driver probably stole it. I asked her what we weee going to do about me not having any food and being out $37. Her answer…my job is to make the food you order and I did that. Again I repeated, but what are we doing about the fact that I didn’t receive the food? They will PROBABLY refund you she said, meaning Slice, and they will block the driver’s account. Again, this doesn’t resolve my lack of food. Then she sighs and says, you do not understand….at which point I hung up. DO NOT RECOMMEND any business that isn’t willing to right a wrong for a customer.

We are here for the night to get on a cruise and omg I just Googled a place that had subs and pizza and found this place! Wow amazing food and great prices! I got a ham sub didn't know its actually a hot sub but wow I usually don't like warm subs but this one yummmmm the kids are raving about the pizza. Definitely a hole in the wall place but was clean the staff was very nice and the food just wow!!!

There are times when the pizza is good,,, cheese in abundance,, tomato ?,,, but on other occasions there is no tomato sauce and the cheese is minimal.. I think there are two different chefs..
