I have been trying to find a good Mofongo place for years. I even tried it in Puerto Rico. I have not liked it in any of those places. I recently came across Don Mofongo food truck and now i am obsessed. It is freshly made to order filled and topped with meat. The pork mofongo is delicious, with pieces of chicharron inside. Customer service is great as well. Alicia is a very lovely lady that will make your ordering experience a great one, she will even take you the food to your car. Ok everyone! I'm very picky with Spanish food, but the mofongo from here with chicharrón is the best iv had in Florida period. This mofongo was amazing!!! If you happen to be in the area, please try their mofongo! The chicharrón is not just chicharrón. It has the meat with the chicharrón which makes this amongst the best iv had. See photo. So first and for most my favorite food is Puerto Rican style mofongo and where I live there is no restaurants I ran into don mofongo one day while driving down us1 and I literally came 2 days straight in a row and I’ve been coming at least once a week sense then there food is amazing and one of the best tasting mofongos I’ve ever had they employees are so sweet and so caring made me wanna come back over and over don mofongo is definitely a hit
