I don't know how people are communicating with this company; they take weeks to answer emails. I wanted to use them for my wedding catering and rentals, but they stopped responding. Whoever is managing their emails needs to be more consistent. I sent 5 emails, and they responded 15 days later. Gave them the benefit of the doubt nd still wnated to proceed, and now they ghosted me and haven't responded in a month... poor customer service.

We rented from and contracted Don Paella to cater our daughers wedding rehearsal dinner a few weeks ago and everything was great. The tent, tables and chairs arrived around noon and the tent was up in no time. The chef arrived early, set up and by the time we returned from the wedding rehearsal, she had dinner for 40 ppl ready. I cant remember her name but she was great, the food was amazing and there was pleanty for everyone. Thank you Don Paella for making our evening a success.

We ordered a strictly seafood paella and the paella came with sausage and chicken. Main issue was that the paella was UNDERCOOKED ! The rice was hard.

We used Don Paella for a surprise party for my husband - the service, the food, everything was top notch. The paella wasn't just delicious but it was artfully done. Several of our guests asked for his card and will be using him for future events. You can be sure we will use him for our next Paella party.

Horrible person doing the cooking and serving .. a guest asked for chicken only as he is in a protein no carb diet.. he laughed and said really this guy is a fat person to other guests. Really how unprofessional.. also paella had flies on it .. can't u use a fan in cooking area to avoid this? That's disgusting. Do Not Recommend. This was on sat 3/22 for baby shower in Kendall .. Hope his boss reads this.

Don Paella's chefs made a delicious Seafood Paella and a smaller Chicken Paella for my recent family reunion and to celebrate my Dad's 99th Birthday. Both chefs were pleasant and super helpful. They arrived on time and ready to cook. The Paella was plentiful, with a lot of seafood, and the portions were just right. It was delicious! My guests loved the paella, and we all also loved watching the chefs create their culinary masterpiece. Thank you to Youry for coordinating and to our two great chefs!

Worst customer service experience from a business owner. If there was a rate of zero star that’s what I would’ve graded.This business owner was disrespectful to a event time that I had contracted his service for. Deposit paid. Date and time of event came 15 calls later, just to request an update of arrival time.I had to call from an alternate number in order to get an answer. I was greeted disrespectful, cursed at, had to “implore” for confirmation of delivery of service since I had a house full of ppl with no food to serve.Do not bother to call, quote from this person.Remember all google reviews not 100% true customers.
