The dogs eating on the floor of the restaurant, create an hygiene issue.

worst experience ever, cashier was very rude and she didn’t even know what she was doing. She didn’t know how to split the bill and was having an attitude the whole time, she said they had no sauce when they clearly had, supervisor came and provided the sauce later on, took them about 30min to just charge me, not to mention that the food wasn’t it.

This Don Pan is far from the quality of the food at the other Don Pan locations, such as the one at 107 Doral, which is far superior in its food, quality and service.

This bakery is very good but in recent times it has declined a lot because it has become very expensive but everything remains the same or worse. I bought 2 Venezuelan ham bread on December 31, 2024 and the ham bread is terrible because it looks like ham bread but Cuban, not Venezuelan. It was the most expensive and bad ham bread I have eaten in my 50 years. The bread cost me 30 something with taxes. I don't know if it's because of the location that each store has its quality but this time the quality on 27th Ave in Miami was not good. This year, 2025, I will see where I can buy ham bread at a reasonable price and that is divine and does not look like Cuban ham bread, that is, a bread full of flavorless ham. Greetings.

We went for the first time because a friend highly recommended them. When we get there, they have a great variety, and we don't know some of the items they have. The server wasn't in the mood to answer our questions. She gave us a menu per question. Lunch was good. We wanted to bring home some of the pastries, but we bought what we recognized, and we know we missed some of the things we wanted to try because of her mean attitude. They have a lot of daily clients, which is good. And with those, she had a better approach than how she behaved towards us. She was rude, non approachable. Nasty attitude.

Good food, especially their Cuban wheat bread & French bread. They' ve gotten a little pricey though. They should have prices posted on their menu.

I came to buy a ham loaf and a Malt, the hot Malt and the old and dry ham loaf, I spoke to one of the employees and instead of trying to change it or reach an agreement it made her laugh, it seems very bad to me. By the way, $40 for those 2 things. I don't recommend it at all!
