I would like to highlight that when paying, everyone is attentive and does not feel ashamed to check the change like it happened to me. That I had to hear that they would doubt what I was saying when I claimed a full change that was not delivered to me. My fault for not checking and not requesting that they give me the payment document. It is a pity. We are human and we make mistakes but we cannot be trusted.

We received the food cold, it would be good if they asked if we wanted it hot, it was not delicious to eat a cold chicken empanada.

The owner must’ve ran a contest for the most incompetent people in the state and decided to employ them all at once in this location. We had to repeat the order 4 times, the lady didn’t know the types of empanada they serve, charged me for fries and gave me those potato strings that go inside the sandwiches, I asked for bacon and got ham. Did I say it took them 20 minutes to finish it?while she was taking the order she was gossiping with another employee. Go to another Don Pan, this location is not it.

First of all, the cashier had an attitude. The other lady as well. No customer service. Secondly, dry, crusty, old empanadas, cold cold croquettes and tequenos that seem to have been there for weeks. Disgusting service.I’ve never had worse food in any other bakery. And for good measures the coffee wasn’t hot it was super hot, I couldn’t even hold the cup. Learn how to make decent coffee without burning your customers hands and tongue.Awful.
