But what truly made our evening unforgettable was our server, Luigi. He was exceptional in every way: attentive without hovering, incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely excited to help us choose the perfect dishes. His recommendations were spot-on, and it honestly felt like he elevated the entire dining experience.The food? Amazing doesn’t even begin to cover it. Every plate was fresh, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. The handmade pasta was a standout, the seafood tasted like it came straight from the Mediterranean, and the desserts were the perfect sweet finish.From start to finish, Donna Mare delivered excellence. We've eaten here before with a large group - both times the place was great! Last night there were only two of us - we started with the prosciutto antipasti which was fresh and slice thin. I had lasagna and my friend had the filleted Bronzino - both were delicious. Definitely come you won't be disappointed.

We got caught in a ferocious rainstorm and finally got to the restaurant absolutely soaked! We were a bit concerned arriving at such a fine establishment in such a state, but we shouldn't have been worried. Every staff member we encountered couldn't do enough to help us with things like warm towels and letting us dine outside, despite the area seemingly not open (we didn't want the aircon to interact with our sodden clothing). The food was quality and truly delectable. Superb cocktails and wines. This accompanied by the knowledgeable, friendly and highly professional staff made for a most enjoyable evening. We left with big smiles and dry clothes. I think us Brits could learn a thing or two about hospitality from this wonderful establishment. Excellent in every regard.

A quiet spot — we’ve been here before, and things have definitely changed under the new management. The service is excellent, no complaints at all. Portions have become smaller, but the steak is still just as delicious as we remembered. The pasta was great, the burrata was fresh, and the shrimp recommended by our server turned out to be a wonderful choice

The Cadillac Hotel is my favorite place to stay when in Miami, the experience got even better by the warm and excellent attention from Samuel and Anastasia during both breakfast over the weekend. Food was delicious as usual, fast service and lovely attitude and atmosphere. Definitely coming back soon!!

Luigi the chef at Donna Mare Italian Chophouse is the best! My wife and I were staying at the Cadillac Hotel where the restaurant is located for a weekend getaway. We have strict dietary restrictions and Luigi was so accommodating. He helped us get whatever we needed and did it with the utmost respect and with a smile. He made our experience so smooth, easy, and delicious. 5 stars for Luigi!
