Got the wrong order and all I got was pasta Penne with meatballs. Got the sandwich instead and I had to see a family of 8 get served before us. Please avoid like COVID.

They messed my order up while waiting and watching a table of 8 getting their things before me. I wanted penne with meatball instead they gave me a burned sandwich with meatballs that tastes like dish water; DONT EAT HERE

Giving this pizza place five stars. I come here often for lunch, as I work in downtown. Friendly staff and attended to very quickly. I always order the personal pizza, which is made on the spot. The personal pizza is made fresh to order and is ready within within 5 minutes. I've also ordered delivery and my guests always compliment on how good the pizza is.

I am originally from Brooklyn New York and moving down to South Florida is a challenge to find a good pizza place in a good bagel place this place at this place is authentic the pizzas are amazing the garlic rolls are delicious indefinitely worth every penny

visited D’Oro’s with my girlfriend on Wednesday August 6th around 7 PM. We ordered a 14-inch pizza (half cheese, half pepperoni), a side of mozzarella sticks, and two drinks (a Coke and a Coke Zero).

When placing the order, the cashier mumbled something under her breath that we couldn’t make out, then abruptly asked what size we wanted—despite us having already said “14-inch” in our initial order.

The pizza came out fairly quickly, but then the dinner rush began. After about 30 minutes, we still hadn’t received our mozzarella sticks, so we asked if we could just have them to-go. The cashier replied they “weren’t ready yet,” then walked away without further explanation. We noticed that every other table around us had already received their appetizers and entrées.

Twenty more minutes passed with no update. We asked again, but instead of responding, the staff went to the back of the kitchen, then returned saying the mozzarella sticks would be out “in one minute.” At this point, it was only after one of us spoke Spanish that we received any respectful communication from the staff.

We explained—again—that we just wanted a refund for the mozzarella sticks. It took nearly 15 minutes for that conversation to happen, and while they agreed to refund us, the refund still has not appeared in my account.

This experience left us feeling ignored and disrespected. Between the lack of communication, the long waits, and the fact that the staff only engaged with us respectfully once Spanish was spoken, I cannot recommend this location based on our visit.

I would also like to stress that I meant to submit this review last month, however I reviewed the wrong D’Oro’s pizza my apologies to that company.

I had a bad experience ordering via Uber, they sent autonomous delivery and one pizza was missing, which they charged. I filed the complaint with Uber and they responded that it wasn’t eligible for refund, I went to the restaurant and they said they weren’t responsible although they were the ones that loaded the delivery robot with. They charged a pizza that they didn’t loaded the robot and yet refused to reimburse for the missing pizza.
