This place seriously catfished me with their Instagram posts.Whoever is making your Instagram posts should win scammer of the year hands down. The food is cold, flavorless, and still NO liquor license so enjoy your limeade advertised as a margarita.I don’t understand how this place is STILL in business. My fellow Miamians, this is NOT authentic Mexican food. Even Taco Bell is more authentic than whatever this is. ???

Just went there for the first time because I seen it on instagram and it’s was great. There was only one other table but that didn’t matter they had music and the food was amazing. I just knew it would be because it’s authentic Mexican food and I love Mexican food. It’s hard in Miami to find good Mexican food like that. Margaritas were good too but it’s only lime. Regardless everything was great I will be back soon.

Real mexican food. The margaritas are the best. I highly recommend it, you have to come and enjoy the experience of good Customer service by Jorge is anAPlus. No need to go to Homestead or further South, Dos Gallos is located in the heart of the Hammocks. Super recommended, I'm going back tonight for the Karaoke. Yay!!!!

Visiting this new place, pleasant atmosphere, definitely a varied menu. This time we signed up for pozole, chicken tostada and street tacos, obviously we couldn't miss the churros for dessert. We enjoyed their very well seasoned dishes. As a special mention, is the excellent attention of Jorge, who interacts pleasantly with customers. Thank you! We'll be back for brunch!

Everything was sooo good- the concha with Nutella and ice cream was fantastic! The torta and barbacoa tacos were also very delicious.

Food was completely greasy. Literally placed the order for some tacos and the tacos were in my table in less than two minutes that says a lot about how the food is not cooked fresh and mostly reheated. Asked for a lemonade and it was just disgusting. Ask for an horchata and it was just worst. Pure ice. Wanted to give it a try for the first time but is not a place I would return to eat.

The only way this place has a 4.8 rating is most likely because the reviews are fake or from friends/family. I agree with a previous review that stated my first red flag of this place being horrible should have been that there were absolutely no customers there on a Friday night at 9pm. Really, NO CUSTOMERS.Super overpriced, the molcajete Mar Y Tierra was served with 3 tortillas (so they think you will have a whole molcajete with only 3 tortillas? Mind you, tortillas are store bought. NOT homemade) no rice, no beans. After we asked our waitress for rice and beans (since it stated it included these in the menu) she brought over a side of stale beans and stale rice. When I told her these were old and stale, a guy came to us and said they had put pork with sour orange in the beans and that’s why they tasted stale. What?! We decided not to eat the rice and beans since we would be running the chance of getting sick. Dear Restaurant Owner, FOOD POISONING IS REAL.Definitely never, ever coming back. I would have rathered they just told me they ran out of rice and beans than offer me stale food. Also, they currently advertise margaritas but they don’t offer alcohol since they do not yet have a liquor license. Fake advertising to the fullest.Food was cold, not appetizing whatsoever.
