From the moment I walked into Ocean and Flame in Pinecrest, I knew I was in for something special. I had the regular fish Ceviche. It tasted great but they put too much cilantro on top. Then I asked for Tostones to compliment the ceviche. Again too much cilantro on Tostones while unnecessary. My mother ordered the Crab Salad over Tostones. Thank God she loves cilantro. I know its a Peruvian thing. But they should cut it down.
I told my server I didn't want potato in my Ceviche. He said it wasn't Poato, it was Sweet Potato.... really???? Its still a potato....
