Drinking Pig BBQ is a fantastic and amazing restaurant in Coconut Grove, considered a gem for its great and delicious food. The BBQ is absolutely amazing, with many calling it the best they have had. Standout items include the melt-off-the-bone smoked beef rib, described as to die for and very reasonably priced. The spare ribs, brisket, and pulled pork are also fantastic and favorites, with the meat falling right off the bone. The unique sauces are excellent.
The sides are equally delicious and addictive. The cornbread is amazing, especially with flaky sea salt on top, and the mac and cheese is great. The collard greens and drinks, including cocktails, also receive high praise. The service is friendly and great, contributing to a relaxed and inviting atmosphere. As with all good BBQ, items can sell out, so going early is recommended. This is a spot not to miss for anyone craving genius food in a chill setting.
